Might sound odd to some but, we have been using this supplement as meal additive for our French bulldog for years now after he had problems with acid reflux as a puppy and keeping his food down in general (not to mention numerous visits to the vets). We can now safely say that after 8 years it’s still doing wonders, and he rarely (almost never) has any problems with his digestion. Honestly, made such a difference that I would rather skip a meal than see our pooch ever go without it. We simply sprinkle it over his food, easy peasy. Excellent product!

I'm glad to have found these lower dose probiotics. At the moment I'm taking one a day on an empty stomach half an hour before breakfast. This works well for me in preventing acid reflux. Now I'm used to them and have experience no negative effects, I'm considering increasing the dose by having another capsule before my evening meal, too. The capsules are quite large, but the swallowing trick that works for me is to put the capsule on the tip of my tongue and then put some water in my mouth and swig down the capsule while turning my head sideways to open my throat better. This is how I swallow all capsules and pills. Before that, my gag reflexes kicked in as I have a narrow throat, and things would get lodged so I felt near to choking. I will add the disclaimer that I can't guarantee my way of swallowing pills will work for everybody!

I’m of a certain age and work hard to look after my health. I do find food supplements difficult to objectively review in terms of their efficacy. However, I felt my constitution was becoming sluggish, and I had bouts of IBS. I did quite a bit of research that highlighted that we are more than ever exposed to chemical residues in foods, which affect the beneficial bacteria of the gut. Probiotics play a crucial role in immunity and over 80% of our immunity arises within the gut, and we have more bacteria in the human body than cells! These bacteria manufacture vital immune enhancing compounds in the body and also help to eliminate excess acid in the gut that has seeped through from the stomach, thus keeping inflammation at bay. They also help to provide some nutrients, including some B vitamins. I’m not making any medical claims for this product, but it’s for the reasons I’ve described that I take this product and I find one a day sufficient for my needs.

I’ve bought these twice now and am convinced they are genuine. They are good value and you don’t have to keep them refrigerated. They have not upset my stomach even if I take two a day rather than one. Can never prove they help, but theoretically they should!

Solgar have always been my go-to brand for any vitamins, minerals and supplements, I used to work in a Health Food Store and they were always excellent. We take these as they are great of replacing the good 'friendly' bacteria in the digestive system, especially when you are taking antibiotics, and to treat thrush caused by steroid tablets (always check all this with your doctor of course). One thing is that I couldn't see the full ingredient list, and has we have allergies, I needed to know if they had any traces of nuts or seeds in them, and my question I posted wasn't answered, so I bought them and took photos of all sides of the bottle to help others to see exactly what is in them.

Ths product was recommended to me to aid my digestion and it has been a great help unfortunately i continue with repeat orders of something completely different . Today i received a third bottle of a cheaper product at an expensive price. Someone is having a huge joke at my expence !!

Colis adapté, emballage soigné, flacon scellé et gélules bien protégées à l'intérieur (y compris contre les chocs et contre l'humidité). J'ai déjà consommé d'autres produits de cette marque et à chaque fois la qualité était au rendez-vous. Je conseille donc ce produit et reviendrai donner mon retour à la fin de ma cure :).

I use this to make soymilk yogurt at home. 1 quart soymilk + 5 or 6 capsules and into the dehydrator overnight, just like THE CHINA STUDY COOKBOOK says to do. I eat a lot of yogurt, mostly soymilk rather than dairy milk based and it is expensive to buy.

Die Lieferzeit zog sich etwas, kommt allerdings auch nicht aus Deutschland. Ansonsten handelt es sich um handelsübliche Kapseln. Diese sind allemale angenehmer und effektiver zur Regenerierung als zuckersüße Joghurtprodukte aus dem Kühlregal.
