PAPAYA ENZYME WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME YEARS AGO FOR BRUISING: I USE IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AND IT CUTS THE BRUISING TIME IN HALF. I ALSO BE USED FOR INDIGESTION. IT WORKS GREAT. TASTE IS NICE. DISSOLVES QUICKLY WHILE BEING CHEWED. WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT.

I purchased from Amazon - as the ones I had been previously purchasing from another vitamin supplier - as they were constantly out of stock and I just could not wait any longer - so glad this happened - as I came across 'Piping Rock Ultra Papaya Supreme Digestive Enzymes' which is by far a much better product and works instantly when I have that heavy feeling of eating way too much. Sweet After Meal Treat
I love this product. It tasted like a sweet after meal fruit candy and less like a supplement and does it's job breaking down/aiding in digestion of food. If friends or family ask I will share my candy with them.
