PREMIUM MEMORY FOAM Non Slip Posture Orthopedic Seat Cushions, For Back Pain, Coccyx Tailbone, Sciatica, Including Carry Bag (Blue)

I purchased one of these cushions about a week ago, after having a third operation on my spine. I already had a couple of cheap ones, but they had gone flat after a few weeks of use, and I realised I needed to get at least one new one and stack the flat ones on top of each other to get them comfortable. My best friend saw the relief I was getting from the new cushion and bought me another for the kitchen. I strap that one onto the chair so it doesn't slide around (the straps are supplied), and I can now eat with the family without my husband moving my cushion from one room to another. I'm so impressed, I'm saving up for another to put in the car. Nobody has asked me to write a review, I am just so amazed at how well this cushion can support four broken vertebrae (some packed with cement) I feel I should tell others who are looking for an excellent product which feels firm but moulds to your body. Purchased to prevent pain behind right knee when driving my T5 van with swivel front driver's seat. It's achieving this very well. Although the cushion is slightly short from front to back for such a large vehicle seat, it works well and would be easy to pad at the back if necessary - although I haven't found it necessary to do so. Extremely high quality cushion with just the right amount of support and comfort without being too hard. This is definitely made with the high quality Memory Foam claimed, with the expected initial resistance and slow return from compression. Comes complete with straps to go under and behind the seat to hold the cushion in place. Also has non-slip dimples on the underside of the cushion. Would highly recommend.

I have been using this item for a while now and have found it comfy but didn't want to leave a review until I had tried it out on a couple of longer journeys. I have a small car which is really a run around rather that a mile muncher on the motorway. Therefore the seats are not big and plush. I have had back surgery and find on longer journeys I can get stiff and a bit numb but this has certainly helped. It has reduced the preasure on my lower back and softened the bumps from the road quite well. The only fault for me using it in the car and not on a chair at home is that it is a little short front to back for the car seat. That said once you are driving you don't notice it as the seat moulds to you. It is well made and would certainly recommend you give it a try.

I bruised my coccyx and bought this cushion as it seemed to have the best reviews. Before buying I checked the FAQs which said it was suitable to use on a sofa. In fact it is far too small for my sofa cushions which means that I am sitting really far back on the sofa with my legs pressing into the front of the cushion which is very uncomfortable. I also found the cushion to be very hard, which surprised me in a memory foam item. This also was very uncomfortable, and I was worse off with the cushion than just sitting on the sofa normally. Even on a normal straight back chair it was hard and uncomfortable. It was a complete waste of money, and will probably be going to the charity shop. Further to my review, I was contacted by JJL Trust, who apologised to me re the cushion not being of any use to me, and who refunded my full payment. They also said there was no need to return the cushion, so I will pass it on to someone who may be able to use it. I found this to be a very professional gesture on their part.

This item was purchased for my husband, who has been suffering from sciatica for a few weeks. The cushion is as described by the seller, as being well made and of quality materials, unfortunately it does not give as much relief as he was hoping for, and has taken a few days to be able to sit for any length of time with any degree of comfort to his leg that is suffering with the sciatica.

Having recently injured my coccyx, I was finding sitting for long periods extremely uncomfortable (whether in an office chair at the computer, or in an armchair). This Coccyx cushion has completely removed all of that discomfort in an instant. It is very soft and comfortable to sit on, and the cutout at the rear means there is no pressure on the coccyx. The bottom of the cushion is covered in slip-resistant grippy 'bumps' which stops it sliding around even on a leather or vinyl chair. I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing discomfort or pain in the coccyx. I have just ordered a second cushion from the same seller (JJL Trust, who were very helpful when contacted by email).

This looks excellent and truly did work for a couple of days. I loved the straps and non slip bottom. Unfortunately, I work and study so I am basically sitting 15 hours per day. After a few days it seems that the memory foam isn't stiff enough and I am sinking to the bottom and once again putting pressure on my coccyx. I'm only 11 stone (154lbs) which isn't very heavy so I don't think I should be squishing the pillow out completely.

I bought this a few weeks ago and wanted to see how I went with it... I sit working for 8+ hours a day and was getting bad lower back ache. Looked a few of these and read good reviews for this one, so ignored the price (How much for a cushion? - I muttered) and bought it. It is amazingly comfortable and the bad back pain has gone - like sitting on air. When you stand you see the cushion raise back up - high quality and excellent for anyone who sits for long periods.
