You need to be extremely careful peeling off the backing strip, because the adhesive layer tends to come away with it, but I managed to get it right in the end and the grips seem to be stuck well and quite comfortable. However, whilst the supplier despatched them promptly, they didn't arrive until 2 days after the last estimated delivery date, so I think they need to consider changing their carrier.

Yeah, completely useless when you go to put your foot in. They unstick and glue themselves to your sock, so they do absolutely nothing.

Soft comfortable grips, haven't worn shoes a lot but are staying in place

Very good value. Worked well in shoes. Make sure you get position spot on as they are very sticky.

Great price, pay more for a pair in the shops. Non slip and dont rub which is always a positive.
