Easy to use and works well !
I brought the facial wax wand and was a bit nervous because of the reviews on the other kits. However the pen was so easy to use and felt very safe as your just popping it in hot water. I used it on my eyebrow and upper lip and it work amazingly and was pretty much pain free. Highly recommend as it’s easy to use and works really well. Will be buying again, as I usually spend around £24 a month alone on eyebrows !

Good products
Easy and quick to use, fast heat up in the microwave, 1minute. No other equipment needed. Lasts a while if using small amounts for brows/upper lip. Can’t go wrong. Small for the price but in comparison to salon prices it’s worth the money.

A bit messy, but easy to follow instructions and removed even the finest of hair

Poor quality, painful application
Awful product and application. I wax at home quite often so this shouldn’t have been an issue but it was quite painful to rip the wax off the skin. It also takes forever to melt down, I believe this is a cheap quality wax kit.

I am super impressed with this kit! I've previously tried other branded strips which were painful and missed loads. It only took 5 minutes including the time to heat the wax to do my chin and eyebrows. Very little pain and quicker than plucking. I'll definitely buy again
