Angelic Sigils, Keys and Calls: 142 Ways to Make Instant Contact with Angels and Archangels (The Power of Magick)

I would like to start my review saying that, at the beginning, I was skeptical about this book. As many people who study and practice High Magick, I'm used to thinking that working with it requires long and complex rites, and although some authors (i.e.: Gallery of Magick) have created effective and useful rituals by simplifying older material, I had the impression that, once studied and learnt, the one illustrated in this book was too simple: too good to be true. When I started using it, I changed my mind. The information written by the author is an effective way to work with the "Emanation of the Divine Light" from the cabbalistic tradition. Every time I sincerely use it to call an Angel, there's always a great energy manifesting in the room, with an overwhelming sense of awe, peace and light which is pleasurable and puts me at ease. Sometimes the experience can be so strong and real that I have the sensation of being elevated to the Celestial Realm; there's a sense of protection, love and care that does not come from self suggestion. You feel that, from the moment you ask for help, you are being helped and that someone is invisibly and silently reshaping the reality of your life to make sure that your legitimate (I'd like to put emphasis on this adjective: legitimate) requests are accepted and that everything will fall in the right place at the moment which is right for you and for the people involved. So far, it helped me solving difficult situations. Highly recommended.

Superb. The book arrived today, gained my attention from first glance so much that I read it in one go. Big bravo from heart to the author Ben Woodcroft: very easy to read, understand, revise. Very gently structured, beautiful outcover design, appropriate dimensions and weight to handle physically as with all books in the series. Stimulates and keeps the reader's interest from start to finish regardless of the motivation to buy it-either academic or other. Maybe of a minor flaw, the lack of of presentation of some original words in latin characters before the corresponding spelling - this goes for all of the books (at least that I bought) in the series; for some readers I believe would be easier to pronounce the words at first glance, with the original writing present, as the author also mentions that pronunciation is subjective to many factors. My own summary anyway: brilliant, amazing, superb!!!

Recommended. The language and approach is simple and comprehensive. The author describes all details in a humbling way that's direct and easy to follow. To explain in these simple words, you have to first well understood it and this book did it.

I've been practicing ceremonial magick since 2009 and looking for ways to make rituals simpler and magick more powerful. Angelic Sigils and Calls was exactly what I needed! I highly recommend it! I can sense angelic response immediately, the energy in the room changes, and real life results appear within divine timing. I later bought another book of this author (Angelic Protection Magick) and was again amazed how well rituals work. I even switched from doing my daily LBRP to Ben Woodcrofts Body of Protection as it has much calmer yet powerful energy.

Could be a useful book if your willing to put in the practice. (Rituals) Like the front cover it's attractive .

Having read and enjoyed The Angel Overlords. I decided to purchase this book by the same author. Again I found this absolutely excellent as I did for The Angel Overlords. There is a multitude of information contained in this book and it will take a while to assimilate this but it is well worth the small effort. Because there is so much information I am re-reading it again in order to fully understand all the information. Well worth the effort.

I love this book. It is very easy to read and has great explanations of how to ask for help from the angels. Would recommend to anyone who has a interest in contacting angels.

I had the digital version of this book and I really liked it. It is a great book for studying and practicing magic, so I decided to buy the printed version and I am very pleased. The book has very positive content and is very enlightening. Congratulations to Ben Woodcroft for making this modern work of Light magic available.

Astounding experience right at my first ritual i tried in this book. I can recommend this to anyone. Its well explained and it works in soft yet very powerful ways.

This is a great book written by experienced magician. Everything is explained and designed to produce real results. What makes this book different is that you will understand why you're doing each step and how it works. You're not blindly following the system, but learning while you're reading and practicing magick. The only thing I didn't like about it, is the power/s of Angels and Archangels. First of all, I'm not sure it's complete or accurate. For example, Archangel Michael is well known for protection..not mentioned at all. Additionally. Most of the powers are mental and emotiomal. Things that simple hypnosis or affirmations would do. Nothing mentioned about baneful magick or revenge or more material gains or specific change in events etc Making the book more of a new age self-help book than a book of real powerful magick. For example of those "powers", to feel peace and have confidence. Very few of all the 142 Angles are mentioned with powers that can bring or cause change in life events and DO something, instead of making you "feel" better without changing anything or doing anything. Especially the 42 Angels of the 42 letter name, ALL their "power" are feel-better powers. For me that's absolutely useless. Magick is about causing REAL change to happen, and that change may cause change in how we feel. ONLY changing how we feel is pathetic mental manipulation, not magick. Not what you would expect from the most powerful beings in the spiritual realm. This is probably the thing I really hated about this book. I understand we're talking about Angels - love and light and all that - but they're still very powerful beings, read the bible and you will learn what they can do, THAT power is completely missing in this book, not only this book but almost all books dealing with Angles including Damon Brands' books. unfortunately. That's why many people who need real change try to work with Demons or other spiritual entities. Which is a very sad thing. Angels represent God's powers. And God can do ANYTHING, not only make you feel better like a happy smiling zombie while you life is falling apart, this is not what Angels do!!! Anyway... One thing to keep in mind, as the author mentioned honestly in the book, this is petition magick, not evocation, so there are no complicated rituals if at all. This calls are more like short prayers. The results mainly depend on how well you follow the instructions of each ritual and your faith in receiving results. I personally was hoping to see more options available instead of only petitioning the Angles. Some REAL magick. I still think this is a very good book, at least better than Damon Brand's books in my opinion. So It's highly recommended.
