I ordered this as a gift for a family member who required hospital attention for an injured foot. The staff recommended this product but, unfortunately, it was not available for purchase through the hospital pharmacy. Amazon to the rescue again (whatever would we do without Amazon?) and this was delivered the very next day. I am told that just a small amount of the gel massaged into the painful area offered almost instant relief and so I had one happy family member. A few days later there was no pain. I will definitely recommend this based on hospital recommendation and my family member's use of the product.
