Don't use this for a minute long nasal rinse, as it will cost you the bottle. I use this to manage hay fever and sinus infections and have done for years now. No need to use anything else. The nozzle is great and worth spending the money on. It lasts me for a couple of months not needing it every day. Easy to use. Would be great to have refillable bottles.

Works perfectly and safely

I was advised to purchase this product by the hospital following sinus surgery. I found it incredibly uncomfortable to use whilst the wounds were still fresh, as the nozzle is hard and awkward to operate when you're trying not to disturb things up your nose! A shame there's not a soft attachment for the nozzle. I went back to using saline rinses in a bottle which was much more comfortable,and seemed to do a better clean and flush of the nose. I have used these at work as it's much more convenient than carrying a water bottle and saline sachets to work, but I still find it awkward to operate. There is no smell,and it's just saline water I think, so better than a load of chemicals up your nose. One bottle has lasted over one week with one rinse a day at work,but it's hard to tell how much is left.

Great product for every day use. One even better thing compare to others is the shape or the tip as it allows to better go into the nose

Mi sono dovuta arrendere: ho una terribile allergia agli acari, e purtroppo è un tipo di allergia non stagionale, per cui me la tengo tutto l'anno, con eccezione giusto per i mesi secchi di luglio e agosto. Insomma, un incubo, naso perennemente chiuso, tossetta notturna e fastidio agli occhi. L'allergologo mi ha consigliato questo spray, per alleviare il fastidio alle vie respiratorie: pulendo le cavità nasali rimuove gli allergeni e fa stare un pochino meglio. Non ci credevo molto, ma tentare non nuoce ed ho iniziato ad usarlo. Ora non posso più farne a meno, se la sera dimentico di usarlo prima di dormire sento che qualcosa non va. Passato il primo impatto (diciamocelo, è fastidiosissimo sentirsi sparare acqua su per il naso) diventa di utilizzo banale e veloce. Tra i tanti spray nasali provati questo mi pare essere quello che da risultati migliori in termini di lotta alle allergie, non cura l'allergia, sia chiaro, ma ne allieva i sintomi, soprattutto quelli notturni. Ormai lo uso regolarmente da quasi un anno e ne ho benefici tangibili. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi ha questi problemi, il sollievo è immediato. Il prodotto ricevuto è conforme alla descrizione, imballo buono, confezione integra. Consegna un po' troppo lenta, ma ho ricevuto l'email che avvisava del ritardo, quindi forse si è trattato di un caso isolato.
