L'Oréal - The foundation TRUE MATCH - 2.R/2.C - ROSE VANILLA

Great product at a great price! Goes on really smoothly and blends well with a brush or sponge. I read it's a dupe of a bigger brand, if it is, then they did a good job. I like that you can build it up to the coverage you want. It's just about getting the colour match right. I'm fairly light with a cool undertone so bought the 2c. It does last ages, would buy again and definitely recommend! Impressive 🌝

I bought this foundation for my daughter, and she is extremely happy with it. She says the shade (2.C Cool Rose) blends perfectly with her skin tone and looks very natural, which was exactly what she wanted. She also mentioned that it feels light and hydrating on the skin, not heavy or cakey at all. It seems to be a high-quality product that does exactly what it promises. I would definitely buy it for her again.

I have used this foundation for years. It gives good coverage is light and good value for money. There are so many shades making it easy to find one that is just right.

Need I say anything? I ADORE THIS FOUNDATION. I know some will probably dispise this product but L'Oréal is L'Oréal, girlfrieeenddd! I live for this foundation and love it out of any I've ever tried and 23 years of life that's a lot of foundations to try! It has a really nice wet feeling to it but it's not a typical run off the hand consistency, I have tried a number of primers and I find that it doesn't react untoward in any way with them whether you prefer a thick silicone based primer or a thinner, lighter primer the foundation seems to take well. You can dull down the 'shine' with powders although, I honestly don't think it's even that bad to begin with. If you have difficult skin like myself, where you suffer from different skin types on different areas of your face (SO ANNOYING!) then you can tease this foundation to work across your whole face! It settles on to the face lovely rather than settling in to it! The shade matches for this are actually the bomb! You can comfortably add a little warmth to the face with out being a tangerine or (for once-WHICH I LOVE) go with your actual intended skin colour and use your contours, powders and blushes to add the definition and colour back to your face - au naturel, which I love 😂 It has a great consistency off or on the face and powders sit/settle well and it doesn't smell like old lady or anything! 😂😂 I also really like the fact that this doesn't have to be used with a L'Oréal concealer to ensure the foundation stays on, I can easily mix this foundation and my nars concealer together in the same look and I don't have any problems with layers, creasing or reactions. I LOVE THE FORMULA, I LOVE THE LOOKS YOU CAN CREATE (everyday or glam) Most of all for the price tag and what it does? I LOVE THE PRICE 😂 I would definitely recommend people trying this foundation even if it doesn't work perfectly then just for the craic 😂

This foundation arrived yesterday it's a perfect colour match for my skin and blends in easily without caking into fine lines it's a lovely moist foundation with a nice complexion finish so pleased that I have ordered another one today

Easy flow foundation though it does tend to cake I've applied using a brush and also my hands doesn't make any difference and it doesn't like finishing spray either I doubt I would buy this again I don't think it's really suited to mature skin

Fantastic! Perfect for my SUPER sensitive skin, and bargain price. Lovely feel, light, easy to apply and wear. I'd say light to minimum coverage. But most of all! I haven't been able to wear make up for about 5 years because I'm allergic to every type/brand I've picked up. Normally I put a small dab on my cheekbone and within 5 minutes my eyes are streaming, my skin is red and blotchy, and the next day the skin around my eyes are all swollen up. NOT with this. I've worn it all day (full face) with no trouble at all. I've ordered the mascara, can't wait to try it out! I also have extremely dry skin and this was quite impressive on how it handled my skin, but I would probably be better wearing a primer with it. Classically, ripped open the amazon box and pasted it on my skin without even a moisturiser - skin was bone dry but it smoothed out very well considering. A little while after I applied it, it looked a bit odd - but that might be me not being familiar with wearing make up for such a long time. After a little while it looked 'settled in' and I was quite pleased with the results. As I needed it for 'an occasion', I ordered a light and dark colour so I could mix them to the shade I need without wasting any money by purchasing colours online that may not suit me, I'm also in the habit of mixing colours to suit summer and winter skin tones. Also, I thought it was a little lighter than I expected, but that could be monitor resolution etc. I don't know too much about make up, but I think it might do just what it says on the label about being a true match. Personally, I think it's very good and would highly recommend it.

Pleasantly impressed on the perfect blending and matching.

I use it for years. It is very light and matches your skin tone soon after applying. You can even cover red spots with it. This one is for pale skin with a warm undertone. Maybe for people with blond or light brown hair. Haven't found this one at Duane Reade or CVS so decided to buy online.

Number 4 in my photos is my old foundation. The similar shade R.2/C.2 turned out to be much darker. I haven't found a color that matches it as closely as possible yet.
