Q: One of the two air stones has stopped bubbling, how do I get it working again? It’s less than a month old....

Have not used my oxygenator yet. Try getting intouch with the company who market the product. It should still be covered by a warrenty if its only a month old.

Q: I’m only getting bubbles from one of the air stones of my new solar aerator. Any ideas why?

If its a sola air pump then you will get bubbles coming from the pump if the sun is shining.

Q: Is the pump itself waterproof against the weather?

I've used this item for one year with no issues. I have taken precautions: 1- remove unit from pond area during frost- risk periods; 2- I protect the pump unit by placing it in a suitably-sized plastic container covered by a carrier bag! All pipes easily removed and replaed after drilling holes. I would buy this unit again.

The pump will produce 60l/ h this should be enough to oxygenate 600 litres of water .
