Pelvic Floor Exercise Therapy, 5-Cone Set with 5g Starter

I have not had Childern am not over weight just suffer from a weak pelvic wall which I have had since my teenage years. Wish Doctors/ GP would have told me about This product ! This product is good for all types of ladies ! I have been doing my pelvic exercises for years and having only used these for a week I can already see a difference and will continue to use !This has also boost my self esteem I seriously had tears in my eyes lol!! ! thanks to all the ladies who posted a review on here it has really helped me ! I'm absolutely delighted with this pelvic floor toner. I'd heard that it's the one which actually works, but I've tried so many of these things over the years, and not really felt anything much was changing. Well it's only been about three weeks since I started using it, and I'm feeling firmer and more confident internally for the first time since I had my third son (5 years ago). I'm going to make sure to tell all my friends about this, so happy I made finally the decision to try it!

The reason I opted for the LadySystem is that the product looked professional and well designed. I wanted something specifically for pelvic floor toning - not something that was a sex toy trying to pass itself off as a pelvic toner! I like what I use up 'there' to be single-minded!I also like what I use up 'there' to not be even remotely injurious - and this isn't that. My main (and overwhelming) issue with this product is the string used to remove it. Actually, to call it string is an insult to string. It's like cheesewire, and cheesewire is NOT something you want near your most delicate of parts. First off, these are not easy to insert (and I say that as someone who's used a variety of menstrual cup brands - all of which I've got on with to a greater or lesser extent. None have felt like they might do you a damage). This is like a slippery tampon, and while I appreciate the idea is to keep it in, getting it properly positioned in the first place is a battle - it really needs a 'cut out' area beneath where you could rest a finger - but the bottom is totally smooth. There's no traction for your finger. It's like trying to position a penny in a plate of jelly. Having finally achieved insertion, I left it in place for the requisite 15 minutes (it didn't move). However, I began to realise I was feeling quite sore. It became apparent why when I went to remove it. The cheesewire had worked its way upwards, cutting into tender flesh. This already feels like TMI, so I'll leave it there. However, as you might imagine, when a thin bit of wire migrates in your nether regions, nothing good can come of it. This is a design flaw of the highest order. Having now used this, I would recommend purchasing one of the more fanny-friendly silicone versions that also have a length of silicone attached for removal. After all, nobody's ever been cut up through the middle with a bit of silicone.Finally, the numbers on the weights (which ascend from 1 to 5) are white on white (embossed), so virtually impossible to see. I have since purchased Bodyotics Pear Drops (also off of Amazon) which are about £14 cheaper and far superior. They run from light pink through to dark pink - so it's very easy to see the ascending order of the weights. Plus, they are made entirely of silicone and far more comfortable to use. They are a lot larger than the LadySystem (in fact, most weights seem to be), but I view this as an advantage as I feel, for this type of exercise to work better and to feel like you're exercising your pelvic floor, it helps to have something to squeeze against.I'd suggest, before purchasing something like this, to do your research and make sure you're buying an item that seems like it's good quality and isn't going to do any damage or cause discomfort. Like with cheesewire!!

These are larger than tampons and have a sharp rim half way up. I tried the lightest one after carefully reading and following the instructions. I used tampons for many years so am not inexperienced, but this hurt on insertion and hurt even more when I removed it. I am now very sore, so guess I have some scratching in my genital area, and am using an antibiotic cream to ensure I don't get an infection. An expensive failure and one I have no intention of trying again.LadySystem contacted me immediately to discuss my concerns, offered a refund which I did not request or expect, and asked for the item to be returned to be examined for faults. So I am happy to give them 5 stars for Customer Service and have amended this review to reflect that. The vast majority of users seem happy with the product and it appears they may just be unsuitable for me.

I was having serious problems and dreaded going to the doctor for the treatment I thought would be prescribed as either being drugs, which have unpleasant side effects, or an operation. Googling the problem, I saw the LadySystem and the many five star recommendations. So I bought it, and immediately noticed a considerable improvement, even on the first day. I have continued using the cones for just over three weeks now, and have experienced an enormous strengthening of the muscles. I shall continue for the 12 prescribed weeks, and perhaps after that on a regular basis, though that is not necessary. I don't want ever to return to the anxiety and discomfort of what I was enduring several weeks ago. It is hard to believe that such a straightforward, effortless and easy system can work such physical changes - but it does.

I've not used it as much as I should tbh, I found I needed to use about no.3 which would wiggle out but no.2 I couldn't feel. So I wasn't convinced it was doing anything. I got it based on reviews of how much it helped others. So maybe I should persevere

I purchased this product for a close relative of mine who found it very effective and easy to use. I think it has improved her quality of life hugely in a matter of just a few weeks. A friend of mine also used it after having her son a couple of years ago and it has worked very well for her too. It seems that this product combines the qualities of effectiveness, simplicity of use, and safety, with excellent value for money. I think that all women should take steps to care for their pelvic floor throughout their lives and this seems an excellent way to do it!
