These are the very best in probiotics. I have tried most on the market and nothing works as well as these. I eat a lot of protein as I train 6 times a week and this leaves my stomach feeling very flat, stops any bloating. All illnesses start in the gut so it is very important you look after that.

I have been taking Udos choice probiotic for years to keep my gut healthy. I have stomach discomfort after eating certain food and it helps me a lot. I take them before bedtime.

I have now been on these tablets for about 8-9 weeks, I have mobility problems so exercise is very hard for me. I am diabetic and keeping my blood sugar at a normal was very hard. I have tried other methods unfortunately with little or no change. I was determined to find a remedy for this. I was in a investigation survey for gut bacteria and diabetes as the health board are looking at how this can help diabetics. Since taking these tablets at first there was no change after a while I noticed I had more wind than was normal, then the bloating in my stomach was so much better, it really was feeling good. The wind has reduced and I am having rumbling in my stomach even after a large meal about an hour later I am starting to notice that this is getting less and less as the days go by. So at the moment I am at this stage, i will write more after this week as I am at my doctors for my diabetic blood test results.

The best probiotics I have found. They need to be kept in the fridge but that is just a symptom of their quality. They do have a genuine effect on the state of digestive disorders, or they have done for me and my family.

This product has worked wonders for my digestion. I did feel bloated when I first started taking them but that subsided after a few weeks and now I wouldn’t be without them. The only issue I have now is it seems to be sold out everywhere! I can’t get hold of it anywhere, so I’ve had to order the 50 plus capsules. They are too strong for me so I’ve cut them in half and they’ll have to suffice for now.

Well priced, effective, a wide range of bacteria not available in most products, and certainly not in sugar-full ones like yakult. Resolved long-term constipation using these probiotics, am now not taking any medication which is great. Udo's Choice sell direct or I buy through Amazon - both deliver quickly. Highly recomend it.
