This purfume definitely has an unusual unique smell. Then smell has grown on me when I first smelt it I couldn't stop spraying it. It smells nice.

This is an elevated and expensive smelling vanilla. It’s rich, and not at all gourmand smelling. It’s a rich, perfumery vanilla. Super elegant scent and a nice change from all of the edible gourmand vanilla that are out there. This is so classy and great for fancy nights out. Lasts 8+ hours. Gorgeous bottle.

Let me begin by saying you need a good nose to truly appreciate this in all its complexities. It begins strong with a sugared violet note and a bit of freshness. If you don’t love it, hang on because it changes to a Turkish delight marshmallowy vanilla softness with a soft woodsy violety impression slightly lingering. Some people cannot smell the base notes and that’s just biology. You can learn to smell the ambroxeny notes if you wear it repeatedly. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour to get to final scent, and sometimes I get a very light smoky note. Some won’t make it this far, and that’s a shame. Not basic and not grandma, unless your grandma is a wood nymph hottie.
