Opened the packet and took out two small pieces, washed them and chewed. Instantly broke apart in my mouth and stuck between my teeth, with some small pieces staying there until i brushed my teeth. The taste is like a putrid, pungent chemical. i could only chew it for about 5 mins max then spat it out. i havent and wont try it again, and i'll have to throw away the pack. Waste of money.

Very high quality mastiha gum. Provides a tough jaw workout. The taste is alright but gets abit bland after a while of chewing. Overall good value for money.

Exactly what i wanted. Hard natural gum that can train your jawline without chemicals/plastic thats bad for your overall health, this is actually good for your health. Doesnt taste bad at all, very neutral taste. Also keeps its texture unlike some other natural chewing gum that eventually melts in your mouth to where you cant even chew it anymore.

It's not for everyone, but being Cypriot, this reminded me of when I was a child. Chew chew chew ... it lasts ages and it will give you a strong jawline.

Secondo la mia esperienza, per evitare che in bocca si sciolga e diventi appiccicosa, la gemma va tenuta in bocca per qualche minuto senza masticarla, finchè inizia ad ammorbidirsi con la saliva e da quel momento si puó iniziare a mordere leggermente, e pian piano diventa sempre più simile ad una gomma da masticare.

I just received this. After chewing the first piece I found it much like chewing plain hard wax. No flavor and definitely not like commercial gum. It’s not intended for pleasurable chewing. It’s therapeutic. This very tiny quantity for a rather costly price will benefit an unhealthy gut. No matter how much I chew, it doesn’t get smaller or dissolve. There is no problem swallowing it, if it’s a small enough portion, so please don’t choke on a too large piece. But swallowing is not necessary for the benefits. The internet states: Mastic gum can improve gut health by supporting gut microbiome and reduce harmful bacteria like H. pylori. It is protective of intestinal epithelial cells because of its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. In addition, it is effective for oral health. Google it for additional information.
