MQ 5135 Sauce+

I'm absolutely delighted with this. I had my last hand blender for 20 years - yes, really! - and I bought this one to replace it. Technology has obviously come on a lot since I bought my old one and I'm blown away by how efficient and fast this one is. I make a lot of soups and it blends them up perfectly. I also love the mini processor attachment, which is ideal for small quantities and saves me the hassle of getting my big, full-sized food processor out just for a few breadcrumbs or a couple of grated carrots. It was a great price compared to some other brands, very fast delivery and it really does the business. Recommended.

Bought as Christmas present for my partner who's over the moon with it, especially the milk frother. "Mmmm much better than Costa's" has been uttered! She finds the device quick and easy to use/maintain & finds the no fuss used pod bin a boon. There's a good selection of coffee pods included with the machine so it's probable at least 1 will satisfy your taste buds.

I have a number of kitchen appliances including a 20 year old Braun stick blender which is still working well. It doesn’t have any additional attachments. I have a food processor and a hand food mixer along with a stand food mixer. I use all, but I’m still inclined to do many jobs by hand to save the bother of getting the appliances out of the cupboard. I have arthritis and I’m finding some chopping and grating jobs more difficult and I was looking at food choppers, to easily fine chop veg etc. I spotted this and after much checking of price and other options…other makers, different combinations of tools etc, I selected the Braun. Oh wow, it’s impressive. It still has the quality look and feel I associate with Braun products. I was particularly tempted by the fact that this unit has 1000w motor. Some are significantly less and may struggle with tougher jobs, plus there a wide selection of speeds. It’s very easy to switch to the whisk and this makes short work of a batter or egg whites. The chopper is amazing and very fast. Easy to pulverise in seconds. The mixing jar is ideal and I really can’t fault this appliance. It’s small enough to keep in the kitchen drawer and it’s something I’m likely to use most days. All the bits are dishwasher safe ( not the case with some other makes) and it’s an all round outstanding buy. Even better, after ordering I remembered I’m a member of Which…I should have checked their recommendations first to see their best buy. This model was tested in October 2024 and is the best buy at 49.99. I got it as a lightning deal for ten pounds less and it’s £89.99 on the Braun website. It’s a genuine bargain and I’m very happy to recommend.

Ok quality the blade in the chopper is a bit flimsy ok otherwise Works well for soup

I bought this for my daughter. She says it's fantastic. She liked the attachements and says it blitzes very well. She's very pleased with the function and the quality. I think the price was quite high, but her blitzer had broken and she needed one urgently for a special occasion, so I ordered it for next-day delivery. I know Braun has a good reputation, but I think they are taking the mickey at his price-point (£64.99). I just looked and now the price is up to £89. Do me a favour! Highway robbery.

Brilliant piece of kit, due to an injury with my hands, I find choping onions, garlic etc rather difficult, this machine has changed all that, now its garlic with everything! Seriously, the bleder has opened up new ideas and now make fabulous soups as the blender is ultra easy to use directly in the pan. Easy to hold , not too heavy , really fast at chopping, and cleaning up is a breeze. So glad I took the chance as I have been stalking these for a while

This is a proper piece of kit, well designed and of high quality. I used it first to make an avocado dip, with chopped up tomatoes, spring onion, chilli peppers, garlic, root ginger and lemon juice. It came out perfectly blended. I will be using it to make my next batch of mayonnaise. I'm sure it will work for making houmous from cooked chick peas. It's much easier to wash than a food processor and yet does the same job of blending all the ingredients. I don't think it would act as a very good nut or seed grinder, having comparatively small blades...best for blending soft foods. I have a different device for grinding hard, dry items, such as nuts, seeds, spices, grains, coffee beans etc.

Works a treat however missed the fine print it was a German powered product!

I can give detailed and accurate review after using the product for long time but product build quality is good, design is perfect and working well till now. Speed variation and 1000 w powerful performance are main highlights. Price is high.
