Does everything you want and expect from creatine supplement. Without taste, this powder dissolves OK in water (or any other drink, I like to put some into my coffee!). Just don't let it sit too long, as it will flow slowly to the ground of your cup and you have to stir again. You get a scoop and can take your individual amount - it is recommended not to take more than 5g per day. Taking any more than that amount is probably not too dangerous (if not totally exceeding the amounts recommended), but it won't give you an additional effect, you basically waste your creatine. In the fitness world, it is common knowledge that initially 20 grams per day of creatine, taken for five days, successfully raises muscle creatine content by 30-45 percent. Afterwards you would keep the amount to c.5 grams daily. So, build up your creatine levels and then maintain. Hope this helps!

Only just started using, mix’s well, slight boost in energy/ recovery, muscles seem to be getting stronger so yea I guess it’s working, good price to compared to others

Been using this for 3months now and can confirm that it's has helped with my muscles building. No need to load. Stick to the recommendation daily dose and you will start to feel and notice the benefits about 3weeks in. Packaging is good air sealed. No problem taking the powerder directly with the provided scoop and washing it down with a glass of water. Powder is very fine so will not clump, get stuck or feel gritty in your mouth.

Really boost my energy and with no flavour it's can be use in shake or milk.

This product is amazing! Easy to dissolve, it has no flavour and awesome result with in a month. It come along with 2.5gm scoop which is best way to track your daily dosage. The only thing disaapointed was that it arrived late but amazon refund my money and i kept as free. But product is amazing 100% recommended!
