Growth Mindset Language Poster

Anyone who is interested in learning or developing themselves should buy this poster. The growth mindset is an incredible concept created and popularised by Dr Carol Dweck and her work in it spans over 20 years. I have this poster in my car with me and on my wall at home. Each statement on the left provides a fixed, or negative view, such as I can't do it. Then the right hand side provides a positive, growth mindset statements such as I am going to train my brain. As a former primary school teacher of several years, I can testify that these statements are powerful in helping people to both believe in their abilities and change their behaviour. Since I started implementing using the phrases in this poster two months ago, I have seen radical, positive changes in my thinking and behaviours. So for £3, this poster provides immense potential value for you in your life. I'd also recommend you get carol dweck's book too, as that is where these ideas have come from.
