Good scale rule, markings are clearly marked, can't fault it

Functional scale ruler, useful for reading plans especially if parts are at different scales. The range of scales covered on the ruler is very good, and the different colours on each side of the ruler help when switching between scales. It is a bit plastic and feels quite delicate, i don’t know how long it would last in regular use. Perfectly usable for occasional and beginner use, but store carefully and don’t drop as the pointed corners are delicate, and If they get damaged it’s not a lot of use. Worth noting no storage case provided. Good value for the price. Helix make an aluminium version also available from amazon of this but it’s nearly twice the price, but worth considering if you need a more durable option.

I studied architecture at undergrad and it is very useful for this, it has most of the scales we used bar maybe one which was easy enough to work out using the other scales. As a student i travelled a lot and as a clumsy person I dropped it a lot so I can say that for a plastic ruler it is very durable until if course you try using a scalpel with it... that did not end well for my 1:100 scale but it still worked for measuring, just not for drawing straight lines. I had a metal version which was better for cutting but not so great for everything else. This product is very light compared to it's metal opposition, even the aluminium sort. It also doesn't make a horrible clatter and clang when you drop it in the middle of a silent studio. So yeah, great buy, great price, I would 10/10 recommend.

Ruler works well for drawing scaled diagrams as part of a college course. Clwar and easy to use. Good value.

Just another tool in my technical drawing equipment. very helpful when working to scale.

What is really good about this ruler is that there are so many different scales to choose from on it so you do not need to buy multiply scale rulers. The fact that the ruler is triangular in shape makes the item easy to pick up off and move around the paper. Each triangular side has a central coloured line, red, blue and green for easy 'at a glance' reference as to what side you may need. If you want something light, easy to work with and not too worried if you lose it then this item is perfect (brought for £3.25)

Does everything expected. Markings are clear and easy to read and the colour coding is helpful.
