It's fine. For a cheapie.
Did the job. Looks like it's got one more job in it. Plenty for my needs. Doesn't like ceramic tiles, obviously. Cut 'em with a grinder first. Not exactly a diamond core, but it would be churlish to complain at just under £12. (And if you've not cored before - check your SDS has a clutch. Seriously. I've only used real core drills before and the SDS's safety clutch was clicking a lot. It's nice not to break a wrist.)

Good enough
Let's face it, this is cheap no it can't really be said to be intended to be used all day every day. It struggled on some particularly tough cinder block, so much so that after I'd done about 20mm I had to weaken the hole by drilling some 15mm holes all the way through. After that it coped pretty well. I then went onto some tuffeau and it did that with no problem. My final hole was some more tuffeau and it must have hit a tough spot because it struggled for a bit. However it got there in the end. It has done three holes and will probably do another ten, if I ever need them. So good value, cheaper than hiring.

Did the job....eventually
Struggled to get through the bricks on my house , they have a black streak in them which must be tough , it got there eventually but took at least an hour ...probably should have spent more on a one from SF

Great product at a very goor price
I bought this to core drill bit to cut drainage holes through a 100mm concrete block wall. I couldn't find out anywhere what depth of hole it would cut but I took a chance anyway at this price. As it happened it would cut successfully to a depth of 50mm to 75mm (the bit is probably about 80mm depth). By cutting, then using an SDS point chisel to clear the hole, and cut and chisel again I successfully cut 6 holes through the wall in probably just over an hour. The bit was cutting as well on the 6th hole as it was on the first and still has plenty of life left in it. I honestly thought that at this price it would maybe cut one or two holes before getting blunt but I was delighted with it's performance and certainly it's price.

Good value for money
This core drill bit works well, but it's a bit noisy. Ear protection is a must.

Did the job
Maybe not the best quality, but did the job well enough through a concrete block wall. Cheaper than hiring the core drill, but needs a fairly powerful SDS+ tool to drive it. (Make sure the bolt holding the centre drill bit is tight!)

Good product
Bought this after buying a full Diamond core bit kit that didn’t quite do the job

Check depth of cut before buying!
Only 50mm deep so does not cut through a standard brick.
