Q: How is this soap on black skin?

I am afro-carribean. The soap lightened my hyperpigmentation slightly but also made my skin extremely sensitive after about 2 weeks of using it once a day. My skin began itching and I basically have gone down to using a extremely mild soap and an ointment for eczema which has always helped me when my skin has become sensitive in the past. My skin is no longer itching and has calmed down. I think I used it too often for my sensitive skin and my go to using it once every other day. Don't expect radical changes quickly it made a slight improvement over a about 3 months. I have hyperpigmentation and am coming to the conclusion that ridding myself of it will take a long time using products like this with limited frequency in order to stop my skin becoming sensitive.

No it does not mean its fake. It is gentle soap. I have not noticed any lightening effect as yet.
