As it says on their website, this product is Ultra low % in lactose. I have severe abdominal reactions to even the tiniest amount (like 1/4 of a small cup of milk) and I can confirm that this one does not cause me any discomfort at all. I mix it with some frozen berries and alt milk in the morning or with water after a session. Mixes great, no lumps whatsoever, tastes as expected, not too sweet not too bland. A bit pricey but I will be buying again as I have seen the recovery difference coupled with low lactose content!

Finding a good protein shake that doesn’t have high carb content or an artificial after taste, and doesn’t leave you feeling bloated an hour later is hard to find. Really pleased to have found this one. The chocolate one is quite sweet, so I make it up with unsweetened almond milk. On my second tub. Will try the strawberry one next I think.

I would never recommend to replace this with real food. But this is perfect for when you don't have time to cook. It tastes good, shakes well and doesn't leave any lumps. Would use again.

This protein power just tastes incredible. I blend it up in my Nutri Ninja with full fat milk, double cream and plenty of frozen fruit. To enhance the taste and boost the protein I sometimes add half a pint of peanut butter and a couple of cooked bbq chicken wings. You cant go wrong with that combo.

Right first ill start off by saying this is the best quality of protein i've ever had. To be honest I only purchased this as it mixes so well , I don't even use a shaker just a glass bottle does me. Results are nice and gradual . Now lets talk gains, Only buy this protein if your SERIOUS about getting in shape, SERIOUS about changing your lifestyle , SERIOUS about your goals. DONT DISREPECT the powder if your not serious about this journey, DONT DISREPECT the gym if your not serious about your nutrition. DONT BUY THIS IF YOUR NOT DEDICATED TO THIS LIFESTYLE. Now you will see gains providing your diet, lifestyle is right, but like I said before DONT DISREPECT This protein if your not serious about this path , it could go to someone that is SERIOUS and they could BENEFIT a whole lot more if they had the money like you have ! TRUST ME , im speaking from experience im 8 Weeks out for my cut, results are nicely coming on and Roll on summer !

Great protein. Minimal bloating. Good muscle definition and results. Easy on the stomach and keeps you full. Chocolate is quite a mellow taste and my preferred go to, strawberry is very sweet but ok. Vanilla is also very sweet and bit sickly and only really good for immediate post workout. Minus a star as so damn expensive !

This was my third consecutive time buying this product. The first two were okay—the taste and consistency were flawless. This time it’s different: the powder doesn’t dissolve, there’s no proper consistency, which is definitely not right. Something bad happened with this product, If possible, I’d like to request a replacement or lost £72. Update: Take this as a warning! It’s been exactly 4 weeks since my last contact with the Optimum Nutrition Customer Service – 3rd Party Complaints Team. I was asked to provide my full delivery address, full name and phone number so they could arrange shipment of a replacement product in exchange for a clearly defective one. Since then — complete silence. No follow-up, no delivery, nothing. I naively believed that Optimum Nutrition was a trustworthy company that treats its customers seriously and with respect. Unfortunately, it turns out that their “premium” products are not entirely premium… and the company doesn’t keep its own promises. On top of that, I now have serious concerns and questions about whether my personal data (provided only for the purpose of shipping the replacement) is being used for any other purposes.

Proteína de excelente calidad, se digiere y se asimila muy bien, y el sabor en mi opinión está bastante logrado, sobre todo no es empachosa, no es excesivamente dulce y no tiene ese sabor a producto de farmacia (artificial) que tienen otras, pero eso ya depende del paladar de cada uno. Es el 4° bote que compro y me va perfectamente, y teniendo en cuenta que padezco desde hace años una enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal (Colitis Ulcerosa) y que soy muy sensible a cualquier alimento que no reúna unas condiciones óptimas, el hecho de que me siente tan bien y sea tan efectiva es indicativo de que se trata de un producto de primera. Totalmente recomendable.
