Super collection
Brilliant collection of bricks of all colours, shapes and sizes. It contains a booklet with some ideas to make. This was a gift to a four year old and he was happily occupied for hours. I understand the fascination continues. Lots of play value to create alone or with others, to discuss as you go along, and to dismantle if you wish. Imagination fired in so many ways.

Getting back to what Lego was designed for
Really great set with so much in it. The price per brick is great and has lots of unusual pieces as well as basic blocks. The colours are good and I think I’m converted from buying sets.

We like the lego and it has lots and lots and lots of pieces. We especially liked building the boat and the dragon. For younger children, we think it would be great if the book that came with this were bigger and had more specific instructions on how to build a wider variety of simple models.

Really good value
This is for a Christmas present so hasn't been opened yet. Classic lego is always a favourite the grandchildren love to build things. Great for the imagination.

Great product, too much packaging
It’s amazing how small 900 pieces of Lego really look like. It’s a great top up to our collection, but far too much packaging. The box could be much smaller. Lego is always good fun though so this is a good addition to boost the brick numbers and give variety.

Plus side: Absolute bargain for the number and types of pieces Downside: Either I've grown up or that is really what 900 pieces looks like :) I guess I must have had a few hundred big plain blocks as a kid.

Mmm, shiny new Lego..
Great for stocking up Lego supplies especially when the kids just want to make their own models and need assorted random parts. Also had fun making some of the little models Lego publishes instructions for. Excitement at getting big box of shiny new Lego helps overlook the box being literally twice the size it needs to be, but there are still a lot of pieces.

Great set to start your Lego collection
Lovely set, very colourful selection of bricks. Helpfull mix of various brick and plate shapes. Son was delighted and couldn’t wait to start building some of the models fron the included instructions. Not all examples from the packaging are in the instruction booklet but can be found on the website.
