I've used this cleanser for years, it smells lovely, makes my skin clean, soft, supple and dewy. I use it with a silicone , battery operated face cleansing tool and my mature skin has no blackheads, no large pores, no spots or blemishes and has a natural healthy glow. It might seem expensive but the jar lasts a long time and it is a premium product. I wouldn't use any other cleanser.

I'm super pleased with this! I dont tend to wear make up alot of the times but when I do i usually use any old oil and water to wash it off. I'll be honest it's the price of this item that attracted me and the positive reviews. The 20g size is perfect for me as it's one less huge bottle to carry around or store on a shelf for months on end. I have smooth skin but was shocked that after using this as my skin was even smoother. Infact it smoothed out the skin on my nose beautifully. It neutralised the level of sebum my skin was emitting. Sebum is good for you but I just had way too much around my nose. In the past I used charcoal strips etc for my nose but this does such a better job. I've added a photo to show you how much you get compared to standard 50ml pot. The 20gram pot is a very good size even if you use it everyday you'll get 1 month use from it. I also think its extraordinarily affordable for a "luxury"brand. So you can just buy as you need. I wet my face then use a little spatula to put the product onto my skin and rub that in really well. The scent I have picked up are rose geranium and lavender. It's Very pleasant and non irritating. I do find that using this in the day makes my skin quite shiny so it will be one I'll use only when needed or weekly which is why I am so happy they do this small pot. If you like the spatula I picked that up for free from keihls-they usually have them around. I use the spatula because i find if i wet my face first and use my finger then the oil inside turns a little white. So try not get it wet. But definitely buy this you wont regret it!

This little wonderjar has become my favourite cleanser ever! I am 50 and my skin tends to be dry with all the usual ageing signs: open pores, fine lines etc. I also got spots on my nose if I went anywhere near it with face creams or heavy cleansers. This little miracle is a treat to use. It is luxurious and buttery, smells divine and makes my skin soft and NO SPOTS! Massage in, remove with a warm face cloth and you’re done. I have been using it now for three months and my skin hasn’t had any breakouts and is definitely feels softer and looks more radiant. A little goes a long way and the tiny jar will last me over a month. This was fine while I was trying the product to see if i liked it and now I’ll probably buy the larger jars.

Given that we all now have to wear facemasks, I noticed that I was getting skin problems in the areas the mask covered, in particular, just below the cheekbone ( probably because when you breath out, you're breathing out Co2 , used unclean air , and it's going all over that part of your face ) I tried face scrubs, very harsh, and wanted something I could use more regularly without being abrasive, but that cleansed the skin effectively ...I bought the small pot of this balm, and it' is surprisingly good. You can also use it as a face mask treatment once a week, and you only need a small amount each use. The scent is ok, bit heavy for my taste, but then, I didn't buy it to wear as a perfume, i bought it to help with a skin cleansing problem, and it's done the trick.. My skin feels deeply cleansed and cared for, I still use a facial scrub, but now only once a week, as I used to before the skin issues related to wearing facemasks occurred, this cleansing balm does what it says on the pot, it's the only thing I have tried that works, I no longer have problems with my skin from wearing the facemasks . and that in turn makes me feel a little more " normal " in these far from normal times.

After reading so many good reviews of this product I decided to invest in some. I suffer from dry skin on my cheeks. I have been using this for two weeks, I find using every evening before bed works for me, the lavender scent makes me feel relaxed & when I wake in the morning & wash my face, my skin feels soft & smooth. My face hasn't looked dry at all using this!! I have tried in the morning & it gives your face a glowy,shiny look even with your make up over the top of it. Let it soak in for at least 10-15 mins before applying foundation. Just make sure you keep you hair tied back as it can make your hair look greasy. Maybe would be useful with a small spatula as the pot is small. A little rubbed into your fingertips & massage onto your face a goes a long way. Definitely worth a purchase to hydrate your skin. Very happy with this product & would buy again😁

The smell reminds me of a facial that you'd get in a spa - it really smells beautiful. It works great - dissolves make up nicely and leaves your skin feeling very soft. I always double cleanse, so used this to remove my make up and then followed it with a different cleanser. It also doesn't sting your eyes, which I've found some balms to do, it feels very gentle and nourishing. It's a smidge expensive for the size and I'd say I needed more of it than when I tried the Emma Hardie cleansing balm, but you do pay for the brand name here and it works fantastically well. A great travel size!

So i have completely used up this product so i dont have pics but this worked really well. The only bad thing is the really strong lavender smell, i thought it would irritate my sensitive skin but it didnt! Be careful tho coz my sister tried this and it broke her out. You can defo get better ones for the price tho

Gently cleanses and does not dry skin. There is a lingering scent after wash. I am not a huge fan of products with added fragrance but this one does not hurt my skin. Writing this review after 3 weeks of usage.

Da sempre amante di sieri e creme, da qualche mese ho iniziato a fare 2 volte al giorno (mattina e sera) la skincare, seguendo quello che viene definito "il metodo coreano". Tale metodo richiede i seguenti passaggi: 1) Prima detersione: burro struccante, a seguito del quale è necessario passare un panno umido sul viso per rimuovere i residui. 2) Seconda detersione: detergente schiumogeno; anche dopo questo secondo passaggio è necessario passare un panno umido. 3) Scrub (2 volte a settimana) 4) Tonico viso, da tamponare con i polpastrelli 5) Maschera in tessuto (1 volta al giorno) 6) Essenza (grande sconosciuta per noi occidentali) 7) Siero 8) Crema contorno occhi/patch per le occhiaie 9) Crema idratante 10) Protezione solare 50+ (solo la mattina) Questo burro struccante è eccezionale e prepara al meglio la mia pelle per tutti gli altri passaggi. Rimuove facilmente anche il trucco waterproof e le tinte labbra normalmente più difficili da rimuovere. Trovo l'odore molto gradevole, simile a quello delle caramelle balsamiche che acquisto solitamente in parafarmacia. E' molto delicato, ma per evitare il bruciore agli occhi consiglio - dopo averlo applicato - di passare un panno umido sugli occhi e, solo dopo, procedere al risciacquo. Anche se applicato su pelle non truccata è favoloso: si ha proprio una sensazione di "pulizia", si sente che rimuove tutto lo sporco e l'inquinamento dal viso. Unica nota "negativa": dai numerosi video visti sui social credevo bastasse davvero pochissimo prodotto per struccare il viso, ma in realtà serve una noce di prodotto per struccare per bene il tutto (ed io non uso truccarmi molto); è sicuramente un qualcosa da tenere in considerazione dato il prezzo comunque elevato di questo burro. Ad ogni modo consiglio vivamente il prodotto, la differenza sulla pelle si nota tantissimo!!
