Supposed to be the highest rated supplement for fish oil. Kinda pricey so not sure if will order again. No fishy oder after ingesting. Hope it's beneficial.

I assume it works. It's got plenty of the important ingredients that you take fish oil for. Doesn't taste bad. It's a big capsule but if it works don't be a baby.

Primal Harvest Omega Fish Oil caps are a high quality supplement that contains Sardine, anchovies and mackerel. The capsules are a bit large but not too hard to swallow. I really don’t suffer from joint pain so I can’t really comment on pain relief. I take this supplement because It helps with lowering triglycerides, reducing blood pressure, and slowing plaque buildup in arteries. Also helps with brain function which at my age is a real plus! There is no fishy taste or burps… another plus! This supplement. Is made in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested As far as fish supplements go this provides value for the money!
