I am very happy with it. Needed to replace balcony lock as I've lost key and wasn't locking at all. Now I feel more secure and safe. It looks and feels sturdy and does the job and was very reasonable priced, also, delivered faster than given date. Was very easy to place, also comes with screw and 3 keys. I've measured my old one before buying using instructions provided on product advertisement and the lock size was just right and same size as my old one. Totally recommend.

I ordered the 1st one of these and when I opened it ready to fit it the key did not work in the lock but I sent it back and got a refund. I decided to purchase a second one as they are cheap and thought all of the locks can't be like this. The 2nd one came and works a treat, very easy to install it and as I said it is good value for money if it works
