Foot Rocker

Works great. I had plantation fasciitis so bad The doctor sent me to therapy for my feet. At therapy they had me use the rocker. I ordered it and it really helps by Stretching your foot.

I am always trying to stretch my feet on steps or on walls because at this moment in time, I am not at the gym that has the proper equipment go stretch out your calf muscles.My favorite stretcher is a board we have in Pilates that can be set to 3 or 4 different angles. So, I looked that up to buy, and it was like $100!! Now that floored me, as I bet you could make one in your shop for 5 bucks! ;-)Anyway, this little device does the trick and I am thrilled.
