Originally developed for coating wood floors in commercial applications, the Rubio Monocoat is a fantastic finish for furniture. I have finished several pieces with the Rubio - including a cherry cutting board coffee table, knife block. and other projects. I am in the process of building cherry kitchen counters and will be using the Rubion Monocoat on those counters. It is easy to apply and finish. It takes very little of the material, so the cost balances out with other finishes. It is easy to refinish, should the surface be damaged. You don't have to refinish the whole piece - just the damaged area. On top of it all, it smells great! I've even suggested to candle and fragrance oil manufacturers that they make a fragrance like Rubio Monocoat.

I love this product! We have hardwood floors that weee stained and sealed with Rubio Monocoat. This universal maintenance oil brings the shine back to the floor and makes it look brand new again. I use a small buffer with a lambs wool pad to disperse the product. In high traffic areas I use the maintenance oil every 2-3 months to refresh the finish.

Rubio is the best on the market. My 4 year old could apply and get professional results.

What can I say. That hasn’t already been said about Rubio product. This turns what already looks good into something even better
