Spigen Ultra Hybrid [Anti-Yellowing Technology] Designed for Pixel 7 Pro Case (2022) - Crystal Clear

Bought this case in November 2023, just now I'm finally changing it. It did turn yellow but that was approximately 9 months ago, and has protected my phone so good all this time. So I'm ready for another round with a new case. 100% recommended.

I haven't had the case for but a week, but I am fairly impressed so far. It is a very nice and sturdy case that fits the phone perfectly as far as I can tell. It went on very easily and fits tightly. It is very clear and generally resists fingerprints. The case material is not hard plastic and has a somewhat flexible and 'rubbery' feeling to it, but it is not 'clingy' and does not attract and hold dust, lint, or grime. It does, however, increase the grip of the phone so it doesn't slide around on table tops and whatnot. Plus, it helps increase the ease of grip when holding in your hand without exerting any extra effort which makes longer calls a little more comfortable to the hand and wrist when held to the ear. It still slides easily into the pants pocket and doesn't pull the pocket inside-out when pulling it out. It seems that the material feel will increase bounciness/protection too which would help if the phone was dropped. The external buttons require no more pressure to activate than without the case. So far, great case and well worth the money.

At the time of this review there aren't too many options for very sturdy cases that have a clear back, so I opted in for this case and it does the job. It's slim, fits the phone just right, and is a nice starter case. It almost feels like you do not have a case on at all. It definitely helps with making the phone less slippery to hold too. The only thing I dislike about it is that the lips on the sides do not come over the side of the phone at all. If you accidentally drop the phone on it's face the screen would shatter, so I recommend a screen protector or to use this case when you're at home, not out and about where it might accidentally fall out your hand or pocket. I use gestures on my device and the case is comfortable to use with gestures. It doesn't block me from swiping on any part of the screen. The USB c port is also not blocked by the case (I use stock cable and an Anker cable that has a little bit bigger "head" plastic part where you plug it into the phone). The camera portion is not covered by the case but the area of the case around the camera is raised so it does not scratch against a surface when you sit your phone down. All in all great little starter case I'm happy with to use around the house. The clear portion on the back does pick up on finger prints and dust, but I don't really mind. I just wipe it off on fabric and it's clear from smudges again. It's still very clear plastic and the clear window on the matte black case is just big enough for you to put photos between the phone and case :)

I got my brand-new Pixel 7 Pro in white and started looking for a clear case as the phone is gorgeous and I didn't want the case to hide it. I had Spigen cases in the past as well as cases from other brands, so I started browsing Amazon for clear cases as I'm not attached to a specific brand. I was a little bit concerned by the actual shape of the Pixel 7 Pro that requires the case design and fit to be very precise because the metal bar for the cameras in the back of the phone protudes significantly form the back of the phone and requires a perfect fit for the case. There are not too many clear cases for the Pixel 7 Pro yet, so I narrowed my search down to the Spigen case. The case arrived well packed and undamaged despite being in a small box. The back of the case is rigid with the sides being more flexible. It was easy to put the case on the phone and when installed, you can feel that it hugs the phone very closely and will not get out by itself. I forgot to install my SIM so I had to take the case off and while it took some effort, it was easy because the case sides have enough flexibility. I like the fact that the case is very slim and does not change the size of the phone much. The overall fit is perfect and the cutout for the cameras metal bar in the back is perfect and protects the metal bar with just an opening for the cameras themselves. This provides a small "bumper" over the camera bar that should protect the cameras in case of shocks in this area. Also protects the sides and part of the surface of the metal bar from scratches if you slide the phone over a rought surface. The front of the case is minimalist. The long side borders are at the same level as the screen and the short sides are slightly higher. I think that the idea is to allow easy "finger sliding" accross the screen without the case borders interfering. And the screen shock protection is provided by the short side's bumpers. I assume that the design decision was taken after some testing so hope it works. Future will tell. Usage of the volume and power buttons is not ampered by the case and they are easly operated and you feel them "click" very well. And the cutouts for the speakers, mike and USB plug are precise and exactly where they should be. As already mentioned, there is no cutout for the SIM trap so you need to install the SIM before to wrap the phone with the case. All together, so far, I'm happy with this case. Great fit, does not change the aspect of the phone and the protection features seems well designed. The price is also very similar to other cases.

This photo is after almost 1.5 years but the back panel broke out about 1 year in. It still worked but was a hassle. It would slide around and make hitting buttons difficult. The back panel is the only part that was truely anti-yellowing. The case started out clear. Probably would not have purchased if I knew it was two pieces. Worked fine though and protected it from many drops with no phone damage.

Ordered this twice...my first one was Nov.2022 and the replacement just arrived (May 2025). Regardless of the discoloration seen in the pictures, I have dropped my phone NUMEROUS times in the last two and a half years and there's not a scratch on it! I also have a screen protector and camera protector on, and they fit just fine with the case. This is an awesome case!

La compré porque las fundas normales de plástico amarillean en seguida. Le da un toque premium al móvil al tacto, es claramente superior a las fundas que usaba antes.

I bought a Pixel 7 Pro phone and wanted a case to add a little protection. Many cases were fairly clunky looking things, and would hide the appearance of the phone (not a good thing when you like the colour you picked for the device) but this case is completely clear. The rear panel of the case is a stiff sheet of plastic, but the surrounding frame is a rubbery material, so it is easy to fit. The back panel has protective film on both sides, so make sure you remove that first, then pop the case on your phone, and you're done. The case protects the rear camera bump well and doesn't obstruct the speaker or microphone holes, and it feels reassuringly "grippy" in the hand. A nice case all in all.

Fácil de instalar, buena sensación en las manos. Quizá se sienta un poco resbaloso, si no has usado protectores con los bordes lisos. En general muy bien

黒のPixel7Proのために購入しました。 後ろはクリアでステッカーも入るので良いです。 特に、Pixel7Proは電源・音量ボタンが取れるので、ボタンカバーがある（ケースがボタンを覆ってる）こともとても良かったです。安心して使えます。
