Quality and customer service
I can’t say enough about my experience with zookeeper. I ordered a zookeeper set to used during a Lionfish tournament in the Keys. Due to no fault of theirs, UPS had lost our order and I called zookeeper to purchase a second to potentially bring down to the Keys. They provided a new set at no charge. This was incredibly kind. When I did use the gear, it was incredibly high-quality and very well thought out. Friends of mine had other equipment, both homemade and from other companies, and they were nowhere near the quality and usability of the zookeeper merchandise. I had the pleasure of meeting everyone at the lionfish tournament. It’s a wonderful locally own business run by true enthusiast.
