I am obsessed with Nutrogena and wanted something I could use in the morning that was light and effective. I have hypervascular under eyes and there isnt too much you can do about it. I use a skin brightening agent at night but it isn't usable under makeup as it balls up. This product came to the rescue. It makes my undereyes look refreshed and is a great base for makeup. This is such an affordable and effective product, just get it. Also great for sensitive skin.

Love this! Very refreshing. Instantly tightens the under-eye area. Lightweight, dries quickly, and works well under makeup. I haven't had any irritation or skin reaction, and neither has my husband, and many products irritate his skin. And I love buying it on Amazon, as it's way cheaper than even the superstores.

Very tiny jar, Folks. I wasn't expecting such small amount. Only need a touch, but still, it's a tiny jar. Does work if used AM & PM but like stated, temporary effect at best. Still its the best I've found so far for puffy eyes. I don't keep in fridge as suggested or I'll never remember to use it. Coolness is only for surface effect as a cool temp aids in boosting product effectiveness. Not a waste of time or money because there is a better visual notice after continual use.

I recently started using this under eye moisturizer and it has exceeded my expectations. Moisturizing Effect: It seems to be a very good moisturizer. My under-eye area stays soft and hydrated even after several hours of application. Gentle on Skin and Eyes: I have sensitive skin and eyes, and I’m happy to report that this product causes no irritation whatsoever. It’s gentle and soothing, which is a huge plus. Texture: The moisturizer is not greasy at all, which I appreciate. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling smooth and refreshed. Overall: I highly recommend this under eye moisturizer. I purchased in hopes that the claims they made were correct. It did not help with the bags under my eyes and was pretty expensive for the small jar I received. It is smooth when applied and you don't to use a lot just for the eye area. There was really no smell. It may help some, but it didn't work for me.

Neutrogena caffeine eye cream refreshes my eyes, reduces puffiness, and makes them look brighter and awake.

I bought this and another brand at the same time and decided to do my own experiment using one on each eye. the good about this: there really isn't any IMO. It's expensive and has done my more harm than any good that might happen if I continued to use it. 1. No matter that I was VERY careful to try to keep this only right under my eye, it has made my cheek right under my eye and to the side break out in a bunch of small whiteheads. 2. I wanted this for darkness under my eyes, not wrinkles which I was blessed to not have so far. This has CAUSED crepey wrinkled skin to appear under my eye. I can gently run my finger under my eye and the skin now bunches up and stays creased. It's disgusting. Another skin care fad that has done me more harm than good.
