Works and tastes great
I’ve tried a lot of chamomile and sleep blend teas but this is the first one that actually works. It is pleasant tasting and quickly remove the day’s stress so you fall asleep with no morning grogginess.

Really Makes Me Sleepy
Maybe it is all in my head, but I do get sleepy after I drink this. I do not take anything to sleep anymore because something in the pill was making my heart pound, so I am all about natural teas now. This tastes good, with a half spoon of sugar, 8 oz of hot water. Really like it and I'm recommending my family try it too.

Know if you have weed allergies. Herbs are considered weeds by some. Medicine to others

It really worked!!!
I've been struggling with sleep issues for years. Whenever I'm stressed, I find it difficult to fall asleep. My friend suggested this tea, and I decided to give it a shot, even though I wasn't convinced it would help. To my surprise, it worked. I fell asleep much faster and stayed asleep longer.
