Mind Mellowing Magnesium
Calm is an excellent source of a magnesium supplement. It mixes well with any liquid, and has a very pleasant taste. You feel naturally tranquil with Calm according to your biological make-up—rather than a chemical inducement. I use Calm daily, and highly recommend it.

Fantastic
First, I have used Natural Vitality Calm Mind for years and years. Well over a decade! But L-Theanine is what caught my attention on this product. I was concerned that it was a green tea derivative, but it's not! For some, this might be a turn-off, but for me, I am glad that it is lab-created, as I don't drink green tea. So, according to Natural Vitality (yes, I did my research), their L-theanine is lab-created. What I like about the product is that it helps give me the boost in clarity of mind that I desire and assists in staying calm. I take it at the end of a workday, when I start to drag, along with hydration fluid. (NO caffeine needed)

Amazing!
this is an incredible product, I put it in my coffee every day and am as regular as clockwork for the first time in decades. Love the theamine, what a bonus!

Works, but tastes bad.
It works for me, but it tastes TERRIBLE. I will not be purchasing this again due to the taste, but if you can get last it, it does seem to work for me. I use it to help me sleep. If it didn’t taste so awful I’d give it 5 stars. I give 4 because it works.

Helps me relax before bed
I really like Natural Vitality Calm Mind. It tastes a little like chamomile tea—soft and gentle. About half an hour after I drink it, I start to feel calm and sleepy. It doesn’t have a bunch of weird stuff in it, just simple ingredients. And there’s plenty in the container, so it lasts a long time. It’s my new bedtime helper.

I love this product! A doctor that I work with highly recommends this product and said that everyone should take this every night. It really helps me sleep better.

awful taste -
I didn't buy it to do or feel anything, purely for health reasons I am a pretty relaxed person, but I think there is an element to this that does lend itself to overall calmness. I would not purchase it again because the taste is so off putting - it hurts
