Scrabble Del Mar Shagreen Edition

This is an absolute beauty! I will admit that the majority of the price I believe is for the box that it comes in. If you’re planning to have it on display, I believe it’s worth it… However, keep in mind that the rest of the game pieces aren’t the absolute highest quality as you’d expect. But overall, it is an absolutely gorgeous and if you have the money to spare… It is 100% worth it! It’s a collectors item and we do not regret getting it for our game collection :)

Its a great gift purchase, until you see the scrabble board that is included. They did great on design of the product until they got to the most important piece of the game. For $200 they can do better! Returned product

It’s gorgeous, but the board is subpar compared to other Scrabble boards. No turntable or groove to ensure the pieces don’t move. Everything is excellent except the board. The board is beautiful but cheap.

I absolutely love the Scrabble set. It is elegant and very well made. The outside case material looks like faux ostrich, and the tiles have gold lettering. The board folds up and is stored nicely into the case, however for the price, it would have been nice if the board was able to lay on something that allows you to rotate it so the players don't have to read the tiles upside down. Other than that, it's beautiful!
