Smoking hot PC
Have the Rysen 7 RTX 3080 version. PC came out of the box running like a champ. I was concerned that it would be damaged along the way to Hawaii. It arrived very well packaged and works with no issues. Being used by my son who is in college and majoring in video game design. So far every game is cranking major FTS and its running flawlessly. He was mostly console games person (XBOX Series X) but has converted to PC gaming. BTW the light display, which is changeable with a button, is very impressive.

Excellent Build
This PC is very well built! I was expecting OEM cheap parts, but they actually put good parts in here! I was blown away by the size of the case, I was expecting a mid tower, but this is definitely a full tower. The LEDs and secondary HDD didn't work on arrival but after inspecting the cables, one of the modular cables came unplugged from the PSU. I just had to plug that back in and we're live! Amazing PC so far!

It work but has issues
The media could not be loaded. I'm writing this 3 months after I made my purchase primarily due to the fact that I read in the comments of the PCs that after some time the computer won't break on you so I took my time to fully use the PC before making a review.First start off when I got this PC It was packaged greatly there was no issues when taking out of the box or the care of how it was packaged or shipped to me.The accessories included with the PC like the keyboard works great has a great tactile sound to it and it's very responsive. The pc itself was rig with a RTX 3080 10 GB as well as a 32 GB stick of RAM In addition to a Ryzen 7 CPU. All these components seem to be completely compatible and I haven't dealt with any bottlenecking while gaming at ultra settings on multiple different games modern or 3 years old. While all this sounds great the PC itself does have some glaring issues that confuse me when it comes to the overall construction of it.Issues:She has a static sound that emits whenever playing any game that requires any kind of effort even if the graphics card itself isn't ruining out of VRAM or the game itself isn't overly intensive you will hear a static sound knitting from either the fans or the main power supply underneath the PC.In addition to all of that when trying to connect to the internet via ethernet the PC has major issues trying to connect to any source of ethernet cables I have tried swapping out multiple different types and all of them seem to not want to connect to the PC unless I switch it out and then we plug it back in numerous amount of times. In addition to all of this and there is also a Bluetooth connectivity issue where the PC does not want to connect to any device outside of a very very very short radius of the actual system, you literally have to be right next to the PC for it to connect to it. Although I adore the specs and PC the issues that I'm dealing with frustrate me because of how a great gaming sessioncan be interrupted by the connection to the internet spontaneously disconnect while I'm running a 950 MBPS clock speed with my internet being 2 feet from me lol. From my understanding the ethernet connectivity issue and the Bluetooth connectivity issue seems to be a motherboard issue, and going through the process of having to take out the whole motherboard. just to replace it after spending $1,700 on this PC, is very frustrating and I hope that I can get in contact with the company to get this issue resolved because I know I'm not the only one having this issue.Overall I would recommend this business primarily because it does seem to be a very small business focusing on the arts and crafts of PC building I just will say that you may deal with some issues like sound or connectivity

Stop Working Within First Two Weeks
When I got the computer everything was perfect... Then one day I logged on... and everything took a turn for the worst. My screen glitched like crazy, ending in a crash... The process then repeated itself and I could no longer get on the computer for more than a minute without it crashing... If this purchase works for you that's great... but otherwise... don't buy this... cause you may end up having a problem like this.

No complaints
Had some concerns after ordering cause I saw some reviews of this seller (Computer Upgrade King) but when I got the PC, it was set up perfectly and has not had a single issue yet (about a month use)I did swap out the lackluster Kioxia 512GB ssd for a Samsung 990 pro 2TB. The included Hard drive is useless for modern games (Massive load stuttering mid-play along with audio delay) but nice to have for any other storage needs you might have. If you don't feel comfortable swapping out the SSD for a larger one (you have to remove the GPU to get at the SSD), then you could still get away with just the 512GB. You’ll just have to uninstall games after you complete them to install new ones. Obviously that really depends on the game size, but several of my games are 125-165 gb each, and you’re sharing the space with the windows boot.As far as speed is concerned, the RTX 3080 is incredible. Especially paired with my 1440p screen. I think if you want to game at 4k, you might want more than a 10gb card, but 1440p looks great and my monitor runs at 165hz so it’s a perfect pairing.

It would randomly restart
No matter what game I installed from the simplest to the most demanding the computer would reboot randomly. I ran every diagnostic tool they threw at me. It always pointed at the graphics card.Cleaned the hard drive and loaded all the software they wanted me to but no help. Packed it up the best I could because I never would have dreamt that I would be sending it back. Would have been a great computer. But had no other option but to return it. I'll review more after I get a response from the manufacturer.

Computer broke after 4 months
My son’s computer. Something is wrong with it. I have to take it in the shop after 4 mos. For $2000 this should not have happened. It’s in a good location no bugs, climate controlled, on a desk with room to spare. Clean room. I make him dust around it. No physical damage. Monitor works. We tested that. All the fans work. I’m completely in the dark about cpu, graphics card, cables. We tried to reconnect his monitor and he did some other troubleshooting but no dice.Edited: Good thing it does come with good customer service and 3 year warranty.Found out through 3rd party shop the Bios needed to updated. That only worked for a few hours and now no display again with a led light showing again. Now working with seller to troubleshoot.
