Solid for my 2018 Silverado
I’m a nematode. But this was easy to use, feels strong and not cheap in quality, and I was able to do so much. Change the rev limiter, recalibrate the speedo for my 34’s, put a firm shift tune on, do a DOD delete, and put on a little MPG booster, super functional. I do wish the screen was a little brighter, I had to hold it like a foot away from my face lol.

WOW
Installed this into a 2009 Silverado with a 5.3. I updated the unit first and set up the wifi before I went to the truck. I also registered the product automatically at that time. The next day after work sat in the drivers seat and plugged it in. I installed the 93 tune, firm tranny shifts and removed the speed limiter. The programmer backed up the original truck settings before it installed the new settings. The check engine lights went on and off, door locks went up and down and it stopped. The tuner said it's finished and enjoy the tune. I went back into the advance settings and under ECU I turned off the DOD, it reprogrammed it for that. Same procedure with the truck dash lights blinking then I get the your done message on the tuner. I unplugged the unit and fired up the truck. No idiot lights and the truck was running smooth. Took it for a spin. No issues. I stepped on it and my head bounced off the head rest. Holy Smoke this truck is alive now. It's faster than before. It put a smile on my face. It's worth the money. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Please Do Not Buy!!! Do your research!!!! I wish I would have!!!
-10 stars if that was a possibility. Please do your research before you buy. This thing completely screwed my truck up. Everything worked pre-tune. Now the only gauges that work are the oil pressure and voltage. My ac doesn’t work, and neither does my radio. I sent it back to Holley they reprogrammed my pcm and sent it back. It’s doing the same thing as it was before. I called them and of course it’s not their fault or the tuners fault, so just like a bunch of other people, im left holding the bag. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

I would purchase this again just to disable the AFM
- I updated this device before every use and have not had any problems with the unit locking up. - First use I modified the factory tune by disabling the AFM noticing positive results almost immediately. - After driving around for two weeks with the factory tune and AFM disabled, I decided to give the 87 tune a try disabling AFM again. I did not change the TCM. After two weeks of driving around my truck just didn't feel solid and shifting didn't feel predictable. Sure, I didn't need to apply as much throttle to get it going and it did feel a little more peppy. But, I didn't like the unpredictable shifting that came with the 87 tune, at times it would fall on it's face shifting way to soon. Other times it wanted to hold the gears. Ultimately, I felt very aware when my truck was up shifting and downshifting. I did not change any trans settings but the shifting just didn't feel predictable, solid and secure. I also want to mention that the motor sounded different, not bad and no knocking. Just different. - I hear custom tuning is the way to go but I'm not interested in going down the rabbit hole while trying to get things to what I feel is perfect. - I'm back to driving around with the factory tune and AFM disabled. I'm totally happy with the way my truck drives. Shifting is predictable and shifts feel like butter most of the time. No more vibration when running on 4 cylinders and It may me a tiny bit more responsive. I don't get anymore clunking when in heavy stop and go traffic. -Final thoughts, driving my truck now feels solid as a rock. Like a Chevy Silverado should.

Buckle your seatbelt! (Update)
If you're on the fence about this product just do it! I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi. Before loading the Diablo 91 octane tune my truck had slow sloppy shifting and throttle response was so slow. At cruising speed I had to nearly floor the pedal to get it to down shift and it just felt bogged down. Now with the Diablo tune the response is instant!! It's almost scary. My truck has alway had good traction on dry and even wet roads but now it will light the tires up on both. I've had to change the way I drive to keep her planted. I will say that the improvement was not immediate. It was probably the 3rd day after loading the tune when everything clicked with the tune. The most beneficial adjustment was the throttle response adjustment option. It gives you the option to adjust response 1% to 20%. Do the 20%! It will make you fall in love with your hemi all over again! Go lightem up!! (Update) Can't express enough how important it is to make sure your engine is running cool (180 thermostat) after loading the tune my truck was running waaaay better especially in the mid to high RPM range. But I noticed my motor was still running around 200 degrees even with the 180 thermostat (bought from local auto parts store) so I ordered a Mishimotto 180 thermostat and installed it today. Mercy it was like adding a tune to a tune. Now I'm truly running in the 180's. The power is across the board now and just light the tires up dangerous. Before loading the tune make sure you have all other mods complete first. The power of the tune is dependent on other mods like thermostat, CAI, exhaust.

DiabloSport Tuner
Not only was this unit able to disable the AFM in my 2013 GMC 5.3L, I was also able to put a nice custom tune on it that really woke it up! I highly recommend it👍🏼

Not really worth it bc of sellers and Diablo sport customer service
We bought this, & it works good except for the fact that it kills our battery in about 20 minutes. We don’t have car troubles, ever, or battery issues. When I reached out to the seller over this issue, they told me to call the actual company over it and to not go through Amazon, so I gave it a try & called the Diablo Sport (Holly) customer service number and spoke with them. They basically told me why am I hooking it up to my car and it must be a car issue, even though the seller and the holly company both agreed that it wasn’t a normal thing for it to cause that. And the company suggested I keep jumper cables with me if I’m going to use the tuner or a jump box and that’s all the help they could offer. What a joke! They acknowledge their product is a bit defective but then tell me I need a solution for my vehicle for when it happens. So then I had to contact Amazon again over the product and I’m waiting on a response to hopefully get this situated.
