I have had knee and shin pain for a couple of months was getting to the point I couldn’t walk at all . These came today put two on one on knee one on shin . I must say they are so good . Relaxed my knee and the pain more or less straight away . I was getting worried about amount of pain killers I was on which didn’t help one bit . So pointless . This is more effective . Thought I would end up in a& e and at 71 they would just say wear and tear . Yesterday I couldn’t walk across the room today I can limping but a great improvement first day

This is my second purchase. I did 4 stars because of the relief I received when I used for my knee pain. It’s easy to use : patch is thin and not bulky at all. Comfortably wear any legging or tights. Good stickiness. Heat retention is good and you can find effectiveness after couple of uses No problem for the comfortable movements. Be careful when you take out the paper as it can fold quickly and once it folds not easy to peel out. Carefully remove the outer paper while applying on the knee or any pain related place If you do not like strong smell may be need to avoid too long to keep on otherwise good to keep whole day Overall happy with this product and good quality for the money Good for quick Pain relief

Anyone who has used these says they have got a great pain relief from them . I have used them on shoulders as well as knees and found them great! Well worth trying to see if they suit you too.

Thèse came today.seemed to ease the pain and no swelling.had it on for 5 hours.patches were realy good.minus side was I nearly pulled my skin off as its so sticky.cant risk that being diabetic so won't use them again

Bought for my arthritic knees. I use them when my knees are particularly achy/painful. These work for me and I find them comfortable to wear.

nice size patches and they seem to stay put-no rolling down of the edges BUT they give absolutely no relief what so ever. No difference with or without them. NB one thing to note that after removal there is ared mark where the plaster was ( fades quickly) and if you shower after removal take care as the effect of the water on the site can be quite painful ( does ease +++ ) The only proof you were ever using them.!!!!

Having experience knee pain recently and not wanting to continue with medication decided to try these patches. Easy to apply and my knee discomfort certainly seems to have eased since using them so would recommend. You get a lot in one pack so well worth the purchase.
