I travel a lot for work, so I am constantly looking for a neck pillow for air travels.I read about this on the manufacturer website, got excited and ordered it. It was delivered a way later than promised, which would have been fine, had it actually worked! the pillow gives no neck support. I am 5'11", not too tall or short, this is not a well designed product to justify the price. it is just as useless as any generic overpriced neck pillow you may buy from any airport for $20!
