These are just what I was looking for. I went for the larger of the two to be on the safe side and was not disappointed. The weight takes a little getting used to but is not a problem. Any discomfort comes from sleeping with these in as they are large. The threads hold very nicely and are easily threaded into the horseshoe.

Bought 2 of these. Quality seems very good. These things are huge. Great packaging and fast shipping. When they arrived I saw that they were 2ga and I ordered 4ga. When I looked back on my order it was my fault. I accidentally clicked the wrong size. So I can take nothing away from the seller. Took awhile to get in and nipples are a little sore but they look great. Thanks again

Well I assumed this would be a pair so my mistake for not reading properly but for the price of it compared to others on here, it's on track for being a set and not just a single ring. Aside from me not reading the ad, these are extremely nice pieces and very heavy duty. Not the cheap junk I keep reading reviews on. I will continue to buy these through my next few sizes. Cost a little more than most but very high quality.

I've worn surgical steel for years with no issues. I wore this for about a week before I started having irritation. I removed it & cleaned the jewelry & piercing really well and did a salt water soak. I put the jewelry back in and could only keep it in for another day. The piercing became red & inflamed. I removed the jewelry and was shocked to find that the threads on the screw balls had rusted. I put my old surgical steel jewelry back in and have had no problems since. I question if this is really surgical steel. Avoid.

Was great until screw detached from the ball. Wrote to the seller and expect a response from them. Will write an update when they get back to me.
