Beautiful product
The design and time accuracy are awesome. Very beautiful product. Heirloom, quality and demands attention when entering the room where it is. In the living room, bedroom or office, it fits right. It runs very quietly. All around great product and would highly recommend it to my family.

Pendulum Wall Clock
It is a very nice-looking clock but wondered what type of warranty it had since we did not get any paper work with it. Also, the battery cover was missing when we received the clock. We were pleased to receive the thank you note. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase.

No more winding!
The clock is beautiful. It replaced a 25 year old, wind up, chime clock that became a nuisance by waking up guests if we forgot to stop the pendulum. Then we had to remember to restart and reset the hands. The new clock is battery-driven and does not chime. The clock was shipped in a protective container and was very simple and fast to hang and operate. We definitely would recommend the clock and the family that sells it. We were also pleased that the seller sent us a personal, handwritten note thanking us for buying their clock and asking us to contact them if we ever have any questions. That level of customer service is rare these days. The Clarke's.

Beautiful Wall Clock
I like everything about the clock, but noticed that the battery cover was missing. I did not make an issue of that since the clock fits so closely to the wall. It's a lovely clock for the money and if it continues to keep accurate time, I will be extremely pleased. Another pleasing feature was the quick shipping in a very well-packed box. My order was promptly addressed and I received it earlier than the delivery date specified.
