I recently replaced my old cushions with the Classic Accessories Montlake FadeSafe Water-Resistant Patio Chaise Lounge Cushions in Heather Indigo, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These cushions are not only much thicker, but they also exude a superior quality that exceeded my expectations. The first thing that caught my attention was the thickness of these cushions. They provide a plush and comfortable seating experience, allowing me to relax and unwind on my patio for extended periods. The extra padding truly makes a difference in terms of comfort. These came well packaged and protected. They even had cardboard placed under the packing box seams so that you don't inadvertently slice the foam when you un-box. Just be very careful when you unpack it to ensure no damage to the foam. It is all one piece but divided by fabric into 2 separate zippered cushions. You do need to stuff the foam into the covers, but that's the best way for shipping. Tip: Watch the Video!!! After watching I was able to easily do it by myself. I unfolded the foam and let it sit overnight before I stuffed the foam into the covers. That way, it expands to full size beforehand. When you fold the foam in half (i held it between my knees on the floor), try to ensure it is EVENLY folded in half and then when you stuff it in the cover, ensure it is smack in the middle of the cover before you let go. This will ensure it unfolds evenly and not cockeyed in the cover and that the piping is squarely on the edges of the foam. I'd recommend doing the larger cushion first, then the smaller one. It's just easier to handle. Quality is very evident in these cushions! Great zippers, and very nice buckle ties to attach to your chaise lounge. The foam is fairly firm, but that's a good thing so that it won't break down quickly. I bought the green and the color is a nice heathered natural looking foresty green. I just bought them, so can't comment on the wear, but I don't plan on leaving them out in the rain (I wouldn't recommend) and will probably even bring them in out of the sun if I'm gone for a while as they are not Sunbrella fabric. But the fabric is thick and sturdy and appears it's of very high quality. I would definitely buy again! In a time where a lot of things sold on Amazon are cheaper and cheaper quality, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these cushions.

Holy cow, these cushions are so very well made. The covering is very tough, excellent zipper, looks amazing and comfortable to use. Repels water nicely. When assembling be sure to open the cover for the cushions first, lay out flat on floor. Rip open plastic packaging for the shrink wrapped cushions and start stuffing immediately! Wish I had known ahead of time because once the cushions start expanding? You’re going to have a tough time getting that cover on. Aside from this, these are gorgeous and extremely well designed- better quality than anything that I’ve seen for the past 15 years. I am so particular about outdoor cushions and these are beyond what I was expecting. It’s difficult to purchase something that you cannot actually see or touch, so when you’ve paid quite a bit for something you really want it to be exactly what you wanted. These are worth every single penny.

The quality is definitely great for the money; the fabric, stitching, and foam are all nice. But I did read the reviews about putting it together, and they are correct. First, there are two pieces of foam: one for the leg portion and one for the back portion. Both are compression wrapped together. As soon as you open up the wrap, and the foam pieces begin to swell. So have the cushion on the floor open and ready to immediately begin putting the foam in. Begin with the largest foam piece, but there’s no magic way to do it quickly or easily. Just get it lined up and keep wiggling it in like a pillowcase. When you get about 85% of the way, switch to the bottom and start pulling the corners down onto the foam like tights. It is a lot of work and you do break a little bit of a sweat. Luckily the top goes in a bit easier because it’s shorter. I did one chair, and I like it. I would not want to do two of them. Update: I know other reviewers said to read the instructions first, but they were inside the compression packing, and the French language ones were the only ones visible. Once I opened the packaging, the foam began swelling instantly, so while I tried to skim the English instructions, there was a lot on the page and I felt I needed to immediately turn to trying to put the foam in the cushions. It wasn’t until I was recycling everything that I saw their actual “tips” at the bottom of the instruction page. I’m sharing them here in case they are helpful. No idea if this will make it easier. It does suggest using another person so I’m guessing not so much.

I bought two of these, one has expanded fully in its cover, the other is flat as a pancake after 3 days. I guess I will return it, doesn't seem right.

These well made and reasonably priced (the beige option) cushions resurrected our lounge chairs. Thank you.
