Great for the price when on offer for bulk buying - quality as expected, does hold slightly more than the ‘smaller’ sizes, but guess that all depends on individuals flows!

Unfortunately I recently had a perianal haematoma (one of the most painful conditions one can get up there). The missus suggested I should buy these to mop up the after effects - which they did well.

I don't know if Always pads have been changed, or if these are of a poorer quality, but they have a papery feel rather than the "net" layer that Always pads used to have. I wouldn't be too confident using these for a heavy flow.
