What I noticed after regular use.

pls do not buy this product. makes no difference to your B12 defficient levels whatsoever. I had the product for close to 3 months thinking it will start making a difference now... i popped 5-6 tablets each time... but it made no difference whatsoever to the tingling sensation in my feet. it's a cheap product- both- money wise & quality wise.
