Vera Bradley Women's Performance Twill XL Campus Backpack, Black, One Size

I am so pleased with this backpack. It is extremely well-made. It looks great and has a ton of space with several zippered compartments. So far I've only used this for short weekend trips but I am looking forward to using this item as my personal carry-on item when I fly. It seems to be comfortable and not too heavy. I've bought some backpacks in the past that have been big disappointments but this one is definitely a keeper.

I work in healthcare and wanted a sleek looking backpack that was both professional and practical. This backpack fit the bill! I use it everyday for work and it fits everything I need perfectly. I've had this backpack for two years and it still works like the day I bought it. I really like that it has two holders on the outside, where I usually keep a waterbottle in one and an umbrella in the other. This backpack is also my personal item on planes and just fits under the seat (I fly Delta). For travel especially, I really like the little zipper compartment on the back where I can put my phone, wallet and passport if needed for security against my back and for easy access to grab if I needed to. This backpack has survived several international vacations including beach vacations and a hike up a volcano! I love it so much, I'm going to buy a second one for when my first one eventually gives out.

I loved the backpack. It is very roomy and lightweight. However, it arrived in a dirty, ripped plastic bag inside a perfectly in tact cardboard box. The backpack looked like it had been kicked around in the dirt and then packed for shipping. I was able to clean it up and kept it but I would have returned it if I didn't need it right away.

I needed a new backpack for travel and days out and about. My daughter no longer requires a diaper bag but I still end up with all the stuff. I have a purse made of the same wipe clean material and it's lightweight and durable, I knew the backpack would be the same. The luggage sleeve is an upgrade from my last backpack and makes a huge difference when traveling. This is a nice size, stays sturdy/structured when in use or empty and can carry everything if you need it to. Great organization within also. I debated between the smaller campus or this one and very happy I went with this one to have the space if needed. I am an average sized women 5'6" and it is normal sized, I think the smaller bag would have looked too small on my back honestly.

I have had this for YEARS. At least 4! It has gotten soaked in the rain and is still amazing. No issues with the fabric. It’s easy to clean and has no holes or distressing. The space and amount of pockets is also amazing. I love having the laptop pocket.

Vera Bradley had been our go to backpack for since my daughter was in preschool. Last year she wanted to take a break and try something new and trendy but we quickly realized we had made a huge mistake! So here we are back again finishing out middle school with a clear winning brand of backpacks. Vera Bradley is the only backpack that flawlessly combines style with comfort and functionality. Their backpacks holds up through the crazy every day life and turmoil that children out their backpacks through and even on the roughest of days- they are washable! The backpacks comfortably manage the weight of back breaking books, and they hold up well beyond the school year, so we are able to repurpose, pass along, or even resell which makes it a clear choice in value as well! For this particular bag- let me tell you, the pictures do not do this bag justice! It’s a beautiful bag and the silver toned zippers add just enough pop to give this all black backpack an added touch of sophistication and class. The material is not the usual Vera Bradley cotton and I was worried about it being black and collecting lint but I’m assuming due to the waterproof nature of this fabric lint isn’t a problem, yet it still has that soft cotton feel not like the usual plastic like waterproof products. There are so many pockets and space which is perfect for organizing a full class load with the addition of teen girl must haves for school and did I mention how beautiful this bag is!?! The floral liner is is very complimentary and adds just a small touch of color - think of it like unzipping a smile to help ease the pain of homework:-) I give this bag (and any Vera Bradley backpack) 10 out of 10 stars!

This is probably the most expensive backpack I have ever bought and I really do not consider myself the Vera Bradley type. But I was looking all over for a backpack with plenty of pockets and comfortable straps AND that would slide over the handle of a rolling suitcase. That way I could use it both every day and for travel. This backpack fit the bill and is more attractive for commuting into the city than my other backpacks that are more suitable for hiking and travel. I put a lot in it, including my laptop and accessories, and so far so good.

Vera Bradley backpacks are amazing! This one o. Particular is one of my favorites! Very roomy , durable and worth every penny
