Amazing ...! Really happy with the product !

Purchased as a baby montior for our baby. Product is useless due to live view cutting out after 3 minutes and having to close and reopen app to get it streaming again which no one needs at 3am. Was led to believe you could have continous streaming via using the LAN live view option which Ezviz Support advised the BM1 has, however after messing around with this for weeks they have now reported the the BM1 does not have this function but due to being outside warranty period they have refused refund and have directed me back to the seller... which is them. Complete waste of money and useless customer service. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

This is a pretty good camera and does what you need it to. It’s one setback is the voice notifications on it are really loud, so when switching it off you pray your baby isn’t a light sleeper

I absolutely love this camera. Great design, easy to use and so cute. You just switch on and off and download an app. For the price is definitely worth it.

Easy to set-up Clear video It does freeze but could be my parents WiFi, annoying talking announcement when turning it on or off, adverts on the app and on day 3 I watched the camera slip down (lose grip) while viewing it from another room. Ran in to fix it again and stop if falling on little missy (it would only have landed on her legs thankfully) and then realised it had come apart. Couldn't even see how it was holding on in the first place. Im going to contact them for a replacement

Good things: The image quality in well lit environments is good. The ability to view images from remote locations via the internet is nice. Bad things: Camera was difficult to set up. Clearly the UI and features are meant for a home security camera, not a baby monitor. Spent hours with ezviz support by phone and website trying to get night vision working and had to set up the camera again and again each time it was reset. After hours of troubleshooting it became apparent that the camera *does not* have night vision, it simply is supposed to work in "low light" conditions. When the baby's room was dark (but still bright enough to see), the camera feed was completely black. It was not usable. When traveling the camera must be completely reset again every time you encounter a new wifi network. Travelling somewhere without good wifi? The camera is completely useless. The microphone is very poor quality and very insensitive. It only picks up noises above a certain threshold, and even when adjusted to its most sensitive setting it wouldn't pick up quiet whimpering or crying from the baby. When listening to the audio, it is very poor quality- like its coming through an old telephone. Worst of all: The iPhone app is terrible. The picture freezes every 5 minutes and requires constant resetting and closing/opening the app to keep it working. So many times I would realise the seconds on the camera clock are no longer ticking and the app would have to be reset. Multiple times I was mislead into thinking the baby was still sleeping when they have been awake for several minutes. Given all these things I cannot understand how so many people gave this product 5 stars. Returned product for refund. Bought a cheap alternative which is better in every single way.

I'm super impressed with this. Admittedly I'm using it as a puppy cam but it's doing much the same thing as it would with a baby. What is outstanding is its night vision and the fact that it doesn't have a visible red light. A lot of infra red cameras have a visible red light that comes on, which is often bright and distracting. This has the red light but it is close to invisible. But it doesn't affect its night vision ability. The camera is really reactive to noise and movement. It picks it all up and alerts quickly. The App is very simple and easy to navigate. I picked it up very quickly and now using it is second nature. The visual clarity is good definition. The battery life is very impressive. You can set up the camera in different modes which will have resulting impacts on the battery life. I love its clamp versatility. It has been well designed and as a result there's a lot of places it can be clamped to. The build quality is really high end. It has clearly been manufactured to the highest standards. I think it is fairly priced and certainly the quality, design and functionality of this commands a hugh price.

I bought the camera to use as a baby monitor but the main issue is that it keeps on stopping live view and you have to press the "continue" button in order to have live view. A baby monitor shouldn't stop live view. Although I emailed support unfortunately I found no solution so I returned it. Positives -great image -battery -support Negatives - Live view has to be reset every 5-10 minutes -very short cable to charge or connect to wall plug(no more than 25 cm) If live view could have been fixed I would have kept the camera since I didn't face any issues with it.
