I was worried about purchasing this item as some previous reviewers said it was lumpy and could do with more wadding, however the price was such good value that I decided to give it a go. I have been suffering from a bad back and wanted something to wedge in beside me at night to stop me rolling on my side (or give me support when I do) as laying on my side tends to aggravate my back. When this arrived I was pleasantly surprised it is very plump and soft and not at all lumpy, loads of wadding, in fact my husband complains as it is quite wide and thick and it makes him hot wedged next to him on the bed at night! It is just the right size for me and gives me enough support to lay on if I do roll over at night whilst still feeling lovely and soft. Very pleased, would purchase again if needed but shouldn't need to as this product is very good quality and I can see it lasting for many years. It does not come with a pillow case but I purchased these elsewhere at a very reasonable price. Recommended.
