Lifting straps has always been a must when it came to powerlifting for me, and I have been involved in powerlifting for 7+ years now. I have gone through dozens of straps and decided to buy figure 8 straps to see if they have any advantage to traditional types. I had used this to help in my recovery because I had broken my pinky finger and i have to say holy cow, this still helped me in my lifts! I was able to hit a 500lb lift because of it: the unique way it wraps around the bar and keeps a constant pull on it and how the bar literally cant slip out is genius and i will be using this every heavy dead day. I have smaller wrists even at 190lbs so they still have space/slack but i just have to work on technique with this still. The padding is amazing: no digging into my skin and not too bad of marking. Great product

I have used regular straps for years but have seen lots of people using figure 8 straps. I figured that I was doing fine with the regular straps and didn't want to spend a lot of money on something I would only use a few times a week. These straps are great! They are solidly constructed, and the price point is really good! It cut my setup time for deadlifts by a lot. I would highly recommend these!

they’re so easy to use. Make the bar and the dumbbell easier to use. i usually have the strength but i have weak grip and with this straps i have better control of the weight and do more reps more comfortable. they are better than ur typical straps

Can't say definitively how I feel but key points FOR ME are 1) probably a good idea to go smaller then what you think if you've never used these before 2) I love the concept but don't think I'm able to use correctly based on being to big 3) despite being to big they do still seem to work better then straight line straps 4) theres nothing wrong with the product itself i just can't give you a hard yes or no answer for very many questions based on what little I know. My star review rating is based on what size that I got and not being able to fully use the product correctly and NO OTHER REASON. if they fit this would probably be a different review.

These straps allow me to lift heavier without straining my hands or forearms. Basically they do their job. Got a set as a gift for my personal trainer and she likes them too. Very simple to use and you don't have to wear them like wrist bands between sets. It's true what some other reviews say, you can't drop the bar with these on, but that hasn't been an issue for me, I don't lift so heavy that I need to drop the barbell. Works for dumbbells and machines too when you want to work extra heavy.

Got this to help with deadlifting and overall any exercise that require the grip strength I currently don't have. These can be use one handed and is a great addition to any barbell setup if you are lacking grip strength.

Best weight lifting straps. Very durable for the very low price. So much easier to use that regular long straps!

Full marks for product design and quality.. its very comfortable to use for any hand size and load... full marks for it.. one marks less because of price.. it cannot be Rs. 2k

Me encanta que sea tan facil de poner, es muy raro quien trae ochos como estos y son realmente comodos, resistentes aunque con el tiempo y aumento de peso propio del progreso personal en pesos pesados se llegan a estirar, no obstante basta con sujetarlos bien para que desempeñen su funcionamiento en optimas condiciones.

I do 200 lb one arm Dumbbell rows with these and 4-500 lb dead-lifts, no problems so far,A Good buy 5 stars from me
