Can you attach to outdoor power cord?

Yes you can. The cord on the pump is very short and couldn’t reach where I had my pool, so I plugged in an outdoor extension cord and then plugged it into my electrical outlet outside.

Can this pump be used with an extension cord or does it have to be plugged directly into outlet?

There are two ways to use the air pump, the first is to plug the air pump into the socket, and the second is to use the extension cord to connect the car plug and inflate the product.
