I got the combo kit with the sous vide unit and the vacuum sealer. Everything works really well, and I've been using it all week with no issues. The immersion circulator is very quiet, and I can let it cook for hours without even noticing any sound.

I've taken some time to test this and it has given me consistently great results on salmon and beef. Easy to use, decent presets if you're not confident of setting things to your preference, and connects well to the phone app. Extremely good value for money.

Haven’t had long enough to comment on longevity, but it’s doing well so far. Easy to set, holds accurate temp, quiet, fairly cheap to run and seems well made. Haven’t bothered faffing around with app and, as for concerns about electronic devices being hacked, I really don’t care if the Chinese communist party know that I like sous vide meat
