If you go into an office store, these are priced so high. So, I turned once again to Amazon and this tape has been the best I've used. It's a tiny bit thinner than the other one I was using, which makes it tearable and easier to unstick if it gets off the track. And, it's lasts a long time. I use it to package things everyday and all throughout the holidays. I still have 2 rolls left. That's about a 6 month purchase. Can't beat that.

Good and sticky. Decently-strong - exactly what I'd expect from 2-mil tape. It's definitely not the 'super heavy duty' 2.7-3mil stuff, but for most packing jobs it's more than adequate - and definitely not that super-thin cheapo stuff.

I go through a ton of packing tape and had previously purchased duck brand since I was in a bind and needed it right then. When I had depleted my last roll, I decided to go a little more frugal and purchased this tape. I went by the thickness and thought it would be okay, seeming like a good buy for the price. You know that saying: you get what you pay for? Well, I got just that and a whole lot of frustration. Upon starting the roll with the tab, it split and I had to throw away a good three feet. It’s super sticky and wants to stick more to the tape gun than the box I’m trying to tape. It folds and creases coming from the tape gun and is extremely awful to use. I waste more of this tape than what I actually use, so save yourself some time and get the better stuff.

Overall pretty basic clear standard tape. The issue I would point out is it does stink a little. I'm sure sometime in life you've taped up something using clear packaging ta\e and noticed a smell.Its not overpowering but it's not desirable either. The odor is most noticable when the tape is being dispensed. Other than that it is thin, actually thinner than I'm use to but it's thick enough that the end is easy to find once stuck to the roll. Just use your fingernail and there is the end. I received six rolls all in great shape, completely clear and ready for use. As far as durability it's tough enough. It does just pull apart and sticks to all surfaces especially itself. It's very clear tape. There is a smell that most high quality tapes don't have. It is noticable and I wouldn't advise using teeth to cut it as that odor might be too mush to taste,. It works for what I'm doing with it which is boxing up my belongings to move into my own home. The tape is clear enough to tape over things in a cheap form of laminating something you are looking to protect. No air bubbles. Thank you for reading I hope this helps. Have an outstanding day.
