I love these little wings. It took awhile for me to figure out how to get them to stay on my garden stakes but when I did, I noticed that the stakes with wings are the ones that people pick up to examine more closely, first.

The butterflies and dragonflies are wings only and from a diaphanous material, so it is very sheer and see-through. We expected a bit more of a deeper coloring from them but the material was not having it. The wings were mostly great except the ones that were crinkled from shipping and they had to be ironed to try and lay flat for the art project. Unfortunately they are tiny and holding them in place while ironing was a serious challenge.

After reading some reviews I knew to expect some to be bent and unusable but I only needed 100 so figured I had a good chance. Out of the 180 wings I received, only 10 were folded beyond use. About 25 of them had very slight curls on the wing tips but after gluing them on, those ones actually looked the best since it gave them some dimension. Unless your are planning to use the exact number of wings you receive, you should be good.

Just what I wanted for my project. Got more of the smallest which worked out great for me. As for them being wrinkled, that was true with some of them but a cool iron touched them up in no time.

Some of the wings were so bent that I was unable to use them. I tried to iron them but because of the material they are made of, they were not ironable.

wish they had a bit more structure and stability in the wings. once they bend or come bent in pacjage they can not be straightened back. too flimsy for my needs. just a very fine/thin fabric with wing pattern printed on
